I was booked a ticket from gaya to howra on 23 nov 2018 by ixigo mobile app. But due to problem in my irct account ticket was not conformed & rs 300 was deducted from my account.
My booking id was ixitr[protected]
So, i request u to refund my money to my account soon.
I shall grateful to u for this act..

Refund of Rs. 419 for your Dehri On Sone (DOS) - Jajpur K Road (JJKR) train booking . I will not receive Rs. 419 in my bank account.     I booked ticket from hyderabad to tirupati for travel date 27/11/18 and return on 28/11/18. However, my payment has been deducted for inr 8, 887 but ticket is not generated. It was booked through ixigo and through cleartrip. Once the payment is deducted, it took me to cleartrip homepage but no ticket still
    Ensure my money is returned on priority. Tried calling cleartrip and their automated voice call doesnt allow me to speak to their customer care without tripid.

    I was book my trai on 19 nov

    Hi was booking a ticket from jodhpur to pune. You'll deducted INR 5000 for the same. However after the payment I was directed to clear trip home page. However I didnt get the tickets yet.

    Request you to refund the money. Or if you can confirm the booking and send me a confirmation number would be great.

      Yesterday when i reached habib ganj railway station to see off my wife at platform no.1, i reached for coach b1, the coach in which reservation was there. The ixigo app installed in my device showed that coach b1 was 7th from end while it actually was 6th from engine. Because of this wrong information i had to rush for the coach very hurriedly, with all luggage that made me breathless and i nearly escaped any untoward incident. Therefore the indian railways is requested to look into the matter and take action against such websites under intimation to me.

      I booked 1 ticket from Rajkot to Mumbai for 21st nov, 2018 the booking were in duronto express, payment id 1. (WVS5C74LHUGLD88NX) Rs 1, 863. I booked both the ticket on 20th Nov at about 13:06 hrs, Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.
      Its been almost 7 days till now and the refund is still pending.

        I booked a ticket from moradabad to gorakhpur that time it is not confirmed but i booked it. At the date of train after chart prepration my tucket is not confirmed so all i need is my amount back . Kindly give my amount back.i booked my ticket on 12 october for train on 15 october kindly refund it back .
        I cancelled my two tickets and it's been 3 days and still I got no refund.

          I was told that i would be given a coupon of 1000 which i can use in my ticket which had an issue but the coupon given to me cannot be applied on that ticket and can be used in future but i have no plans as such in future and wanted to do this now and since i will have to rebook my flight so coupon was necessary for me as i could have used it now. And as i am a student it is very difficult for me to book a ticket twice and so it was promised to me that i will be getting a coupon worth 1000. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as i did not recieve what was told.

            Sir,
            I am a student and i booked ticket having id[protected]. I wished to book from new delhi to ranchi and it showed me amount of 2500 but when i was directed to payment gateway it showed me 2000 and i booked it. It generated me a ticket from ranchi to new delhi so i want you to correct it or refund my money so that i can rebook it. I need full refund or sector change.

                      Hello my name is dr kishore m s. I had booked a indigo flight ticket via ixigo and cheap ticket, for 4 persons (Raipur to bangalore, booking id 9256405) ticket was non refundable. Few days later i wanted to check if partial cancellation for one person was possible. I visited my bookings page and clicked on cancel, thinking next page would give me details, as it is the usual feature in almost all online apps. Soon after i returned to main page thinking i'll contact customer care. Whereas my whole ticket got cancelled with a refund of just rs. 1200 (Approx). I accidentally came to know about this cancellation only a week later via mail. My complaint is that booking got cancelled in just one step without giving details of the cancellation. So i demand a re booking of my tickets or a refund. Clear trip and indigo airlines blame ixigo saying it is their app through which ticket was cancelled. Ixigo official said i need to give proof that it got cancelled in just one step.
                      For which ill have to book one more ticket and cancel it and record it, incurring loss of some more money. Requesting help and refund in this matter.

We have shared the booking logs with you which reflect the cancellation was done from your end only and a confirmation message with cancellation charges was also shown. When ever cancel button is clicked, your confirmation is always taken and ticket is cancelled only when "Yes" is selected. We completely understand that you mistakenly ended up cancelling the ticket however, we'd appreciate your understanding on the fact that ixigo doesn't charge any fee for either booking or cancellation. As we could not find any glitch with booking, we are unable to escalate your concern to the service provider Cheapticket.in asking them to process full refund or re-issue ticket. We have also made a video of the cancellation process as informed to you over email where we are still awaiting your revert. Please reply to the email so that we can share the video with you. We seek your understanding in this regard.

                          Dear Team

                          Highly dissatisfied from the services. I had booked ticket through ixigo with booking id 7586507 from Mum to del, upon arrival of airport I was told by vistara that my flight was preponed, to which I did not received any indication rather there was continuous notification on my flight at right time 9:55
                          I have those print screens also of my phone

                          Because of this nusance vistara gave me new ticket of next day morning flight. Because of this mistake of Vistara and IXIGO It’s me who is suffering and bound to spend my Diwali night here in Airport, I am also going to miss my further flight from Delhi to Chandigarh. I was going home to spend my Diwali with my family and you guys have screwed up all this.

                          It’s me who’s loosing time of my holiday
                          Paying extra heavy cost for further travel to Chandigarh.

                          Please let me know what’s my fault when you guys were continuously sending me notification that flight is on time.

                          Why will I check mail to which Vistara is claiming that they have done.
                          Although I am unable to locate that e mail even. You can see from attachments also that your notifications are telling that flight is at right time 9:55.

                          Please bear this loss on your account or I may have to put this to consumer redrsal. Why should I pay on account of mistake of ixigo or vistara.

However, we wish to inform you that schedule changes are controlled & informed by the airlines and unfortunately, we have no control over the same. We also wish to inform you that ixigo is a travel search engine & we help you compare fares across multiple travel portals. We don't charge any fee for our service and your payment directly happens on the portal selected by you, which in your case is cheapticket.in. We have already raised your concern with the service provider and will update you once we hear from them.                             I have been regularly booking irctc tickets through your esteemed app.

                            Today i booked a ticked for krishnarajapuram to aluva through your app and successfully made the payment.

                            However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

                            The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".

                              I booked the ticket from pudukkottai to chennai in rameshwaram express.. while irctc booking verification I unexpectedly pressed the back button... but the payment was successful... booking was in pending... please solve my prob... its emergency...

                                  Sir, there is a deduction of rs. 582.49 from my bank (Bank of india) through upi id:[protected]Txn id: axi9110000123583743991541871725538), my train ticket didn't get confirmation due to some error.                                     I booked my flight ticket with ixigo for 17 nov from varanasi to mumbai on 1st nov.
                                    Trip id :[protected].
                                    Ixigo claim that ixigo money will be credited with 24 hours of booking but not credited my ixigo money in my wallet for that booking.
                                    Booked flight is indigo pnr : gb44sv (By yatra)

                                    Please look in this matter and credit my ixigo money in my wallet so that i can plan my next trip.

Amounting to1122.49+1102.49+1122.49.in this matter i was contacting customer care services today morning.. But could not contact. But after some time somebody posed as customer care representative and told about my problems and told the exact amount of my debit

                                        I booked 2 tickets from ahmadabad to rajkot for 2nd nov, 2018 & rajkot to mumbai central both the bookings were in duronto express, payment id 1. (Qg9raxhaoclqx2xjn) rs 1, 384. & 2. (Qgb5x26s8bt856x6b) rs.1, 746. I booked both the tickets on 31st oct at about 1830hrs, but its been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully. I am not able to book my ticket now as it is an urgent requirement. Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.
                                        Its been almost 15 hrs till now and the booking is still pending.
