Hi, my name is govinda varadkar and my mobile number is [protected]. I purchased the tv from flipkart of vu company in month of july 2018 with 1 year warranty and i also took extended warranty from jeeves of 2 years.
About 15 days ago, most probably on 20or 21 sep, the tv stopped working and it was not starting, so i contacted jeeves customer care, and on the next day the technician visited my home and informed me that issue is with motherboard and he said me that it will done within 8 days. But it was not done. I again contacted technician and he said that the part is not yet available and said it will take more 8 days.
This is really frustrating as i am not able to watch tv for almost 12 days.
I also contacted customer care today, but it was of no use as no one was thorough with the process and was making me run. One of the guy hung up on me. Is this the service you give to customer?
I am writing this email as looking for help and the resolution.
