company unresponsive to issue

A jeeves engineer, who came to install a tv i bought from flipkart, sold me the idea of going in for a 2-year extended warranty for rs 1520. It seemed like a simple enough deal. When i had to move the tv some months later i contacted them and they said i would have to pay a fee (The warranty only covers malfunctioning, not other issues). sim tray missing

I bought asus zenfone max pro m1 (Blue 64 gb) from flipkart with one year protection plan. So when i got my screen damaged i called jeeves and paid 500 rupees and then handed over my phone for repair. After repair when my phone was handed over to me i found that the sim tray was missing. Then promptly i called jeeves customer care and they said to mail a pic with the issue to jeeves protect.
Now its been 22 days and i am not availed...

Till then my vacations will be ended and need to move to other place for my studies. This happening have badly impacted to my experience with this company. Further, there will be no future transaction with there services and i will not recommend this services to anyone. I am suffering a loss of time and money due to their services... they are not giving me the phone back

My policy number is JPPOFFK1453390. I have submitted my phone on 15th of June 2019 and today it is 22nd of July 2019. It has been more than one month and still I haven't got my phone back.
