I ordered a pair of eye glasses, 1 i kept with me, one more eye glass quality was so bad so i sent it back by raising exchange product request, they took back the glass from me, it been 4 months i havent got replacement product, am just done with writing mails, calling them its, am not able to place replacement order with their application and they are not placing any order behalf of me. I just want a replacement of product.
