Copper Filter not replaced during Warranty Period

Very bad service provided

We are getting very bad service from Liv pure at Nagpur. +[protected] This number is provided to us and a lady speaks to us. She always delays to send an engineer. Last time she said that u received a number plz give that... as I was not aware what it was I have the number . She closed the case and engineer did not visit......

Return of the water purifier

LivPure water purifier not filtering water

Recently bought this water purifier and last 3months I was not at home, so switched off purifier. Now I am back home and switched on purifier and it switched on and pumping the water inside device through white pipe but water is not filling inside purifier and also wastage water is not coming out through the blue pipe....

Livpure water purifier complaint

I have purchased live pure waterpurifier from aarcee electronic, kharghar, Navimumbai. 5 days ago.
Till today installation is not done by dealer at the time of selling goods dealer tells so many things but, in reality no one rules, please do needful for the same and install machine quickly....

Fake promise of providing free service

When i bought the livepure RO, it came with 2 free service in a year which a customer can claim within a year anytime. When i tried claiming a free service i received a message that an engineer has been appointed for the service please give an appointment date. I called the engineer and he responded that he will come within 2 days but he didn't came so i called him again but he disconnected my call.

No response to service complaints

Cheating behaviour in after sale service

Kindly refer trailing email, in Feb 2020, I observed bad taste in water hence registered complaint. Executive visited and advised that membrane and some other filters need to be replaced and he will do the needful within week as at that time he had not the required parts. I did wait about a month but nobody came. Then I again registered complaint on 30/03/2020 for service vide ref no JS[protected]l, but nobody came.i registered complaint...

AMC Service Complaint/ Poor After Sale Service

After sales service of the Livpure company is very poor. I have registered the RO service request on 8th October 2020 and till date no one has visited for the service, even after registering the complaint on customer care no further action has been done.

Livpure Not responding to service request

We have bought AMC of Livpure RO. Our RO stopped working two days back and we lodges a complain with the toll free customer care number. However, ther has been no response from the company so far. Really disappointed with the response. Would suggest people to never buy the AMC plan of Livpure. It seems like a fraud to extract more money from customers with sloppy response....
