There is no many problem with livpure. I purchase this item about 1 year ago and it generated problem 6 times. Servicing is not so proper because i did servicing yesterday and today is not working, i’m calling back to back but nobody responding. Please provide a better service atleast.

    I registered a complaint in june of 2020 and customer care says we exclate your request from our side... But nothing happens no one calls me to solve my problem.
    I called customer many times during 2-3 months but they do nothing from his side..
    Today i called customer care yo excalate the request but they took the details and after 1 minute disconnect the call i again tried to call but all of them took the details and disconnect the call.

      I am using livpure glo ro, serial no. C8hw53d1009019. I bought an amc of this product on 01.09.2018. At the time of purchase of amc it was told to me that if i buy amc for 2 years company will provide 1 year extra ie 2+1 =3 yrs amc.

      But recently when i enquired to customer care i came to know my amc registered for 2 year only..

      This issue was esclated to mr harsh dhanuka and company founder mr rakesh malhotra also but its been nearly 2 months time no one turned up.

        I bought live pure ro in 2018 after my first year warranty done, i have opted for 2 years amc last nov.

        Until its with the product 1 year warranty no issue, after which i am getting continuous issues.

        Executive said every three months there will be an inspection. Anything goes wrong / not working we will change, since regular maintenance is there no issues will come, so i took.

        Last december the ro membrane got a change and outer filter along with it.

        In march again my ro not working, executive said again ro membrane gone need to change and pay 2500. I called customer care and they said to change looks like i dont have full info, finally he changed and went without charging. Not sure from my second year amc he changed it.

        As regular maintenance 3 weeks back service person came and changed the outside filter, that also he asked me to pay then i said it can be changed twice for a single year amc then he changed and went without charging.

        Now my ro has a leakage issue. I registered a complaint, a service person came and said motor issue and he can get it by next day. Also the ro membrane is gone again. And i need to pay 2500 this time to get it changed.

        I am not sure the products changed by livpure in amc are original and good one. I have paid for 2 years amc just to be with no issue. Ro membrane is going for any issue with ro, what kind of design is this? Ro membrane is internal one and its costly any small issue with ro, ro membrane also goes along with it.

        Also even if it 2500, its working only for 3 months. Whatever changed for me twice is it original one and is there any warranty or minimal time period?

        In every three months general checkup why it is not checked properly?
        I cant keep on changing for every three month 2500 along with amc for 10000 for 2 years.

        If this is the case i would like to cancel my second year amc and go for another purifier.

        I have created a ticket (Js [protected]) and wrote a mail (46477), every time you call though you chose english as language you will be connected to hindi rep and they do know english and say will give a call back you wont get that call back even you wait for years. Mail also same case i have written mail 20 days back and send reminder mail twice no response. They have a policy of auto close any ticket in 15 days even if it is not resolved. Now my ticket is closed without speaking with me or resolving the issue

        Luckily you connected to english rep they will say i will escalate to lead and tech team they will contact me. No one called me for 2 days. And they have shared chennai head or some one number i called and explained the issue after that whenever i call he is not picking.
        Worst customer service.

        No one even called me till now.
        I am waiting for almost 1 month now, I just want to know how to cancel 2nd year AMC and refund the money.
        I will go for other purifier or better to stay with CAN water.
        Waiting for more than a month, or let me know how to cancel 2nd year AMC.

            I have purchased a livpure (Liv-pep-proplus+) water purifier with serial no d8iw44d1042446, on 23/10/2018 from flipkart pvt ltd. There arised a problem with it and i raised a complaint on 16/02/2020 for which a technician visited and said that purifier has ro problem and it has to be replaced for which charges would be rs 3000/. He provided me another option and asked me to take amc as the entire responsibility of water purifier will be taken care by livpure and i need not spend anything for services or damages. Believing his words, i further extended the warranty for another 2 years by paying an additional amount of rs 7000/ on 20/02/2020.
            Now again within 5 months, purifier was not working after raising a series of complaints and follow ups from the past one month with job sheet no js[protected], a technician visited and said that ro needs to be replaced and charges to be paid is rs 4000/ as ro will be replaced only once per year. This was not told to me while selling amc. I was amused by the fact, that a brand new livpure water purifier which i purchased worked fine for 1 and 1/2 year and the replaced ro filter which was refurbished mostly (Not a brand new ro filter) did not even last 6 months as all the operating conditions remained same which seriously raises the quality of products and services of your company.
            Under the above circumstances, i request you to kindly repair it or replace it immediately.

              Since relief in the lockdown given, i m complaining regarding maintenance of the water purifier which i bought in 2019 through flipkrt. The product has not completed one year its free service is also due and regualr maintenance is also pending. Many calls to customer care number but no response. I dropped amny mails also then they had given me area service incharge number name mr deviram sharma but he also was not receiving calls. I tried number of times. Dropped message also but no reply. It has stopped working now.
              I am fade up with livpure people.

                  no refund after subscription order cancellation

                  I had opted for the subscription plan from livpure (On 12th july '20) and made the payment online + submitted the kyc documents.

                  On 16th july '20, i requested over email to cancel the installation request & refund me the amount, back to the payment source. I had also mentioned the payment details which i had used to make the online payment, so it is easy for them to track & process it.

                  I have registered a complaint on the LIVPURE website 2 months ago but no one has attended the complaint yet. Everytime when I call the customer care they say it will be attended soon without giving any timeline.

                  Very disappointed with the service. Even after righting to corporate office and customer service there is no proper response.

                  There is a water leakage problem in the purifier. Cannot switch on the purifier as there is a leakage when the machine is on.

                      Received the above message on 25th June, which was close to 1 month since I had a problem with water dispersal with my Livepure. After a month of trials of reaching to customers care ( which very strangely used to & still gets disconnected the moment I get connected to a customer care executive post a hr long wait). Finally I was able to register my complaint and an executive was assigned. I was told that the pump needed to be replaced and would take a week long to replace as he had to place a request @ store. It’s been more than a month, frequent follow-up, escalation remainders, etc., still the issue persists.

                        Shameless people from shameless company livpure.
                        Such a worst shameless experience from livpure.
                        I have taken amc worth rs.5000 to get hassle free service.
                        Service was due in may. I can understand lockdown reason in may.
                        But lockdown lifted after may and started calling customer care for sending person to change filters.
                        Service id : js-[protected]

                        From may to july, i made more than 100 calls to customer care & their authorised service agent in panvel, maharashtra "tripurari enterprises pvt ltd".
                        I have taken amc from same livpure authorised service agent "tripurari".
                        Everytime livpure customer care & service agent said today or tomorrow person will come.

                        From june onwards service agent started not receiving calls.
                        'livpure' & service agent "tripurari enterprises" both are not responding and we have buy drinking water everyday from shops.
                        Who will pay for this...??? Livpure...???
                        Livpure & their service agents are fooling the customers by taking money for amc.
                        Its big big fraud & scam...

                        Give my money back... Which you looted by the name of amc

                          I purchased amc for 3 years.. My service service request is pending for 2 weeks..
                          When i call customer service number everyday, they say service request is in progress and somebody will call you back.. But no one calls me back.
                          Please resolve.. Same thing happened for previous service requests also.

                          Excellent customer service until you make me purchase amc.. Pathetic customer service when it comes to actual service..

                            My location : hyderabad.
                            I raised the incident on 10th june 2020 as the tap is broken, no one has attended it till today.. It takes more than 30 mins just to get connected to the customer care number and then it gets disconnected most of the time.
                            Ticket number : js[protected]
                            Finally i got number of service center personnel - "narasimlu" who promised twice that he will come next day, but never turned up. The area manager "prashant bunny" is not picking up as well.
                            I also have an amc that is valid till november 2020.
                            My wife is pregnant. It is critical for us to have filtered water.
                            Please have some one attend it.

                              I am getting beep sound in livpure Smart RO.
                              My subscription is valid till SEPTEMBER 2020
                              EVEN after raising multiple request and posting on FB page and calling them again on customer support, I am not receiving any response

                              I have purchased RO from Livpure through flipkart on June 26, I was assigned a job card for installation JS-[protected] on June 27. It was promised to install in 5 working days. I have been following with customer care since then and after 12 escalations also on none turned from Livpure. Contact number provided donot answer my calls. Customer care says issue will be resolved but never happened. Now my return period is over too! I went a head to raise escaltion on my own at livpure website and no one turned even after that. Not sure what else should I do expect a call from Livpure company.

                                I have purchased the amc for 2 years (Worth rupees 6800) on 17/12/19 and having the problem that water is not purifying and also taking more consumption to filter. So i have raised a service complaints as mentioned below. As per the customer care representative, they should resolve the service request with in 2 days but no one is responding to my requests. Finally i'm buying water tins outside, even i'm having this water purifier.

                                If i call customer care, they are treating customers harshly and said "my job is collecting request and send to team" and they given one number but no use "no one is picking the call".

                                Service complaint 1 (April 5th 2020) : js-[protected]
                                Service complaint 2 (Middle of may) : i called customer care, they have taken the request but i didn't get any complaint number after the call complete.
                                Service complaint 3 (June 29th 2020) : js-[protected]

                                In this pandemic situation, each and every penny will important. From last 2 months i am purchasing water tins outside each one 25/- (Approx 2000 rupees)

                                Please do needful against these irresponsible and fraud (Why i am saying fraud is they have my money and not responding properly) company.

                                  I have a water filter from livepure rented, i am in a greenzone in bangalore city.

                                  Water tap is broken and i registered my complaint on may 21st 2020

                                  Customer care they do not pick our call, i have called them over 100 times.
                                  I have been emailing them from 1 month 8 days, multiple service requests raised nobody picks or responds, i am simply paying for the service.

                                  I strongly suggest nobody buy this water filter, worst customer care and worst service. Never buy this stupid product, i am paying for nuts.

                                    I had requested livpure for paid servicing though the machine was working fine. The service personnel who arrived from livpure has changed the external filters but within next few hours the water was draining from the entire unit all over the place. When contacted again, they said that the ro filter inside the component is damaged and we need to pay for the same where the damage was done entirely by the service personnel.
