I want to return my order but my account is been locked for no such reason...

I ordered through Myntra website payment through paytm but order was not confirmed pls refund my payment....

I recieved a defective pair of shoes and for the last 10 days I have been trying to return them but for no reason at all they keep rejecting my return request on the very last date of expected pickup.
The shoes I recieved were of the same leg and of different size one of 9 and the other of 10. There was dirt on both of them indicting that they were used.
I have created 5 return request until now but no has come for the pickup....

Suddenly I am not able to login to my account and getting an update as account does not exists. When I raised a complaint they are saying account has been terminated. But without any reason or evidence how they can update that account is terminated. This is simply a fraud to cover up some big issues happening with our account. I have been a regular customer to Myntra and had gathered certain points and was an elite customer. Its not acceptable...

Recently i had ordered a couple pf thing of myntra out of which a product was Loreal shampoo but a different product was delivered [ deodorant] when I requested for returning the wrong product delivered myntra is refusing I need my hard earned my back fraud company

I placed an order on myntra on 13th of Sep for which the amount was debited but the order was not placed, when i enquired about the issue they denied to receive the payment. They asked me to seek help from bank which i have already done and the amount is being transferred so why is Myntra not refunding my money....

Myntra has come up with discount offers on "Big Fashion Festival" 03-10 Oct 2021, stating 10% instant discount on payments done through ICICI Bank Credit Card.
Looking at the offer, I selected multiple products and made purchases through ICICI Bank Credit Card on the Myntra mobile application on 05 Oct 2021.

However, On completion of the payment I was not offered the 10% instant discount that the site has claimed through...

But i'm going out to station on 12th of october due to some emergency and I have to take the product with me while travelling.

I'll be grateful If you could please deliver the product by 11th of october.

Since 2 months i’ve trying to resolve this with Myntra. They’ve been saying product’s quality check failed..then refund was declined as they said product is delivered to me..all this is lies..i never usrd the product and its not with me..i, ve trying to contact Myntra but no response from then at all..please help me out...

My return request was rejected. I had only tried the trousers(Peter England Men Black Textured Formal Trousers) once which were not the right size for my waist and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provide any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and...

I recently ordered Dressberry silver-tonned Analogue watch from myntra. The product I received was damaged therefore I requested for return, and the delivery boy told me to complaint about it first.
I raised my issue twice lastly they replied that it was working before shipping.
Worst is its more than 30 days now.

I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . In last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items . Unfortunately some products don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations or many times size is not fit to us..In sch cases we have no other option other than returning the product.Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. I had order nike shoe worth rupees 4995 on 29th September 2021, money got deducted from googlepay but the order was not placed, so i am concerned regarding the refund since its a huge money...

I have ordered a items in Myntra app by using mobiwik wallet but money has been debited from my mobiwik wallet but order didn't placed...

I have order one dress and I got different one and the same product shows out of stock when I ordered it was in stock..They have given me wrong product and when I had returned back they have put my return request on hold..If the dress was not in stock they should cancel my order rather sending a cheap and totally different product...
Now I don't have the product to show eveyone about...
