I ordered Mango blazer on 13th Nov and received it on 19 th Nov . As soon as i opened it, i saw that it was of wrong size and very very bad quality and even didnt had a blazer bag-type, it clearly looked it was a fake product i requested return in just after 10 mins of delivery. i requested return and the package was picked up on 21 st nov and the packaged reached its destination on 26th and on 27 th they updated as return rejected. i asked...

I have ordered 2 Ben stocks kurtas and foud kurta quality was not good. I have received order on 22nd Nov 2020 and return the same in 23rd Nov 2020. When I call them to refund the amount, they told that your bank details were not provided. I provided my Bank details but after providing bank details, they have refunded just 1 kurta amount and 1 refund is left. Now they are not refunding the 2nd amount....

Myntra Customer Service team is no help at all.

At first retrun courier denied the pickup, claiming for defective products you need to raise a complaint through Myntra app.
When I raised the complaint, Myntra did not ask for any defect...

The money was deducted from my account but no order was placed. Its been more than a month but I have not received my refund till now. There is no response from the Myntra executives as well. This is highly unprofessional behaviour.

Hello i ordered a U. S. Polo leather jacket from myntra, order id is 115870746354479531901. I received a torned, damaged and used product by Seller named supercom net. I requested for return on same day but myntra put it on hold. This is not right. I need my money back....

I received my shirt and initiated return within one hour due to wrong fit. I only tried it once and left the tags intact. But my refund was refused due to item number mismatch. I talked to customer care twice but they haven't provided any additional details. I asked for call back from supervisor but received no further call. I came to know this happened to a couple of people I know and they were refused inspite of giving all the proofs....

Myntra running a scam by sending wrong product and then refuse return because the product doesn't match the ordered one. Even after calling myntra multiple times there is no response and solution....

I have ordered a product with order id 115484043448989863201 and I wasn't able to recieve it so it was returned to origin. The refund of 490 rs was initiated on 26 th October 2020 and its around 2 months and not yet received refund. Myntra has given a bank reference no and through that I have contacted the bank and they are not able to track the transaction through reference number....

When I received the product the price tag was cut off. I returned the product on same day. Customer service is not helping. They are refusing for refund...

The refund amount committed in message was Rs.1349.00 But Rs. 1224.36 was actually deposited in bank
Myntra then changed the order amount from Rs.1349 to Rs.1224.36 ( unaware that I have received the msg for full amount refund) in mobile app.
