I have ordered a few clothes, out of which 3-4 items I had returned where there were fitting issues. One of the product I requested to exchange. The pick up guy picked up all the products for return or exchange. Next day I also cancelled the exchange request in a thought that exchanged item could be too loose to me.

Now the product I bought is also with Myntra, neither I received the exchanged product nor the refund.

I have placed an order, they delivered the handbag. I created a exchange request because of the springs coming out from it's opening area which is not allowing me to open the bag. Now they are denying to either exchange it or return it. Made holds/denying tickets created for help. This issue blocked my money also i can't use that bag too. Please help and Myntra please do the needful....

My amount got debited twice while ordering a product in Myntra from my kotak mahindra bank account. I made the transaction through UPI. It has been more than one month I checked with bank several times they are saying that Myntra received the amount and they have to refund it, but Myntra people are saying that they didn't received the amount so they can't refund it.
I raised an issue several times regarding this but no use. What should...

I ordered a denim jacket from Myntra on 3rd February (rodster denim jacket).
I received the order with delayed delivery, when i received the product it was a bit small for me because of which i returned it the very same day(with all tags intact and packaging), after which the delivery guy came and he inspected the product till the time there were all the tags, after which in the app it was shown that return on hold because of product...

I had orderd a cardigan of Mango from Myntra. The seller was Truenet Commerce. Order ID#1192331. I received the used item and it was dirty so I returned it and I received the mail that the return got rejectedand will be reshipped back to me. On 13th Jan I received an anouk navy blue kurta which was a prepaid order. Since I didn't like the quality of the product and there was size fit issue, I placed a return request. I ordered a pair of Jack & Jones Shoes from Myntra.Com on the 3rd of Oct 2021. I got my shoes on the 9th of Oct, and from then, I barely wore them five or six times. Unfortunately, in this period and with minimal use, the left shoes developed tear marks, as you can see in the attached images.

I placed an order on myntra for zapatoz grey sandles 03 feb . Order no[protected]-3052503
I received totally different product from there . Which is a black and grey sandle. After puting it on return on 7 feb (received on 7 feb) . Two track pants were ordered, paid in advance and delivered,
Were bigger in size,
One was to be refunded and another was to be exchanged,
But both were picked up without the exchange product!!
Recieved the refund against only one of the track pant but there's no accountability of the second track pant.
Kindly Refund or deliver the exchange product...

I have returned my product to myntra in proper way as it should have been. But they have not processed my refund as in terms & conditions it should have been refunded same day as myntra credit . But neither they have responded my complain nor their customer care no. is in service....

For an item that I have purchased from Myntra, there is no return option available. It say that my pincode is not eligible to return the product. How is that possible, if Myntra can deliver it to me, but can't arrange for pickup. There is no specific information given anywhere that says that one cannot return a product for a reason like this. I am feeling cheated....

One of my delivered products has stain on its edge due to which delivery boy didn't pickup the product for its replacement.
Please note the product was received in the same condition and is untouched. We raised the replacement due to size issue only. Hence we need the replacement of this product with large size....

I purchased a nike shoe 3 months back and its been a defected piece. My product is still in warranty but they are not ready to take my complaint and forcing me to contact brand. But on the nike website its been clearly mentioned that you should submit the defected photos along with invoice and style number to the purchaser.
