Did not receive refund of rs3000

I did not receive my refund that was supposed to be credited by 6th Jan 2022 of 4 products worth rs 3000.
After calling 20 times to customer care still my complaint is not resolved....

Products are not taking for return even after requested for return

I have ordered 4 items in Myntra on 5th Feb 2022. Products pickup and wrong claim address

I have ordered 2 products as i have size issues
so i tried to return them but my pickup was not
done so i called the customer service and they
told that the delivery agent commented that the
items were damaged but this is not true. The
delivery agent did not came for any pickup and
it is totally wrong. Later when i called the

I received a fake product on 10 feb 2022 by packaging and complained to myntra on 12 feb and then they gave me time to wait for to take it back. But delivery boy said "we don't accept fake product " So i complained about it again and they are just increasing time and i think after 7 day the return policy will be expired, so please help me....

Both Product canceled

Because of some I could pick delivery agents call & next day the products were canceled n cannot be delivered. I was waiting for the product n if i would know they cancel the order i would hv buy it offline.

Return request has been declined despite return in perfect condition

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Myntra and received them on 11th FEB 2022, one of which came in a box which was torn (photos attached).

I opened the boxes, looked at the shoes but didn't like them. So I put them back in the boxes as is, and initiated the return. I did not take off any tags, did not wear them even - so they were exactly as received including the torn box.

I got a message from Myntra on 14th FEB...

Unable to return Dressberry Jeans delivered on 11th Feb

Address: Block F/5, Room no.16, Deonar Municipal Colony, Govandi, Mumbai-400043

Hi, I had ordered dressberry indigo jeans which was delievered on friday 11th May to my address. I want to return the jeans as it’s too large for me. I tried to return through app but agent said serial number is not matching so i have to raise a complaint. I can confirm jeans is un-used and has the tag provided during delivery.
I tried to call your customer care but the product is not listed on the call.

Please help...

I received a missing product so I complaint to Myntra customer care to get my return.
As now return has been approved, but they telling me to self ship.
If they can deliver my product at my house why don't they pick it for return like before.
And why don't they tell before purchasing that we have to self ship.

Order not received inspite of submitting issues in Help centre in myntra app.

Delivered wrong product with no price tag

Invictus men charcoal grey and black slim fit checked single-breasted smart casual blazer

I ordered an Invictus blazer on myntra but due to size fit issue I went for a return and gave it to the delivery boy in the same condition as it was. Some days later they notified me that my return was rejected and sent it back to me. I talked to costumer support where they told me that there was no price tag inside. Related to delivery boy and executives .

I ordered a product and it showed out for delivery on 11/02/2022. After calling the delivery boy he said mae nhi aa rha kl aaunga! he was very rude! i asked him to visit the same day itself nd since thn he disconnected the calls nd blocked. customer care is very pathetic. They didnt reverted and solved the issue. sanchit executive. Delivery bot was way rude. i shop a lot from myntra didn’t expected this . resolve my issue...
