Airtel not deactivating my Fastag

My car windshield was damaged which cause my Fastag to be damaged as well.
To activate a new Fastag, I have to get the previous Fastag deactivated which I bought from the toll booth on Toll Plaza.
I made multiple calls and emails to Airtel Fastag Team but they are not deactivating my fastag.

I am not able to activate a new Fastag because of them and have to pay extra on toll plaza...

Bhopal-Indore toll booth are not following fastag properly.

I am a regular Bhopal-Indore commuter.The tolls in the highway are not following fastag rules:

1. Among 4-5 lanes, just 1 is being used for fastag .
2. The non-fastag vehicles are also being allowed in the lane.

Please take this complaint on high priority as it is severely harming the revenue and affecting the consumers....

Double toll tax deduction at exit duhai up

I have exit from duhai toll plaza yesterday evening and the toll was deducted from fasttag while staff said it's not working so pay in cash so the tax is paid twice.
Please refund the excess tax cut from fast tag.
I have prove of both I will let you show if required....

The potholes at the highway between veppur and vridhachalam

Today i travelled between veppur to vridhachalam, this is national high way, however in many places thete are lots of path holes, which is no visible when you travel in the night, it will surely damage the vehicle and also reason for accidents, please check this and take neccessary actions...

Fast tag and cash both charged

Address: Salasar rajasthan

I have crossed dhadhar toll at 11.50 am tag showing blacklisted so paid 45 rs in cash but after some time i got a message that fast tag charges 45 rs.
So please refund my amount which charged from my tag....

Overcharging toll fee at ban toll plaza.Jammu

Today ban toll plaza in Jammu overcharge the toll fee instead of 205. They charged 140 and return journey they're also charged 140. But is this is this open loot for NHAI.My Vehicle no.JK02CA-1415.I went from Jammu to Dansal and after 2 hours we return from Dansal to Jammu.

Waiting time more than 8 to 9 minutes

Address: Vikarabad,Near SP office

Thummalacheruvu toll plaza is very congested on dated 10.01.21, even I requested to leave some vehicles to reduce the congestion of traffic, they not listened
Still i refused to pay money, but they argued and collected money forcebly

Requested you to take action such type of incidents should not happened again and again

Always Delay in Maduravoyal toll

Madurayaul / Vanagaram toll is always crowded, time saved on the bypass is wasted waiting on toll. Fastag lane is not implemented properly, many cross lane jumping adding further delay....

Bad patch work using Paver Block on NH3

The National Highway NH3 is the Toll Road. We pay Rs. 110/- for one side travelling. The road between Mumbai and Nashik is damaged at many places and also having potholes. The contractor OR maintaining authority is using paver block for filling and repairing the road at many places. Therefore the road is not at good condition. Due to heavy vehicular movement on Highway Paver blocks are not sustaining the traffic load. Those paver block patches...

Complaint against operator at korai toll agra up

Address: Sulabhpuram colony , sikandara , agra

We approached at korai toll( AGRA TO BHARATPUR NH 11) agra
from fatehpur sikri towards agra.
Our car was in lane 8. Operator was OPAPL7.
Operator misbehaved with us .

Fastag not working and even rudely language of the employees

On the way to nashik from pune after bota village at toll plaza, it taken 15 min for 2 cars to pass then driver in front of our car kindly asked employee for the problem, I have noticed he answered very harshly and ignored him after that....

Toll on Wardha to Nagpur Highway

I travelled from Wardha to Nagpur (Maharashtra) with Fastag sticker on car. When i reached toll they said your fastag balance is Zero but my account has balance Rs. 4000 INR.
But for other toll fastag works very well. Then why these people ask money....

I live in morbi city, gujarat. The highest per capita income city and tax payer city in India due to largest ceramic zone in India.
N8 National highway passing through my city Morbi, gujarat. But since last so many years unfortunately due to heavy corruption in appraoch road making and appraoch road repairing, we are facing so many problems like daily Traffic Jamm, serious accidents due to VERY VERY WORST QUALITY...

Wrong toll was deducted at kota bypass

This is regarding Toll deducted on KOTA BYPASS of my vehicle RJ20CG4742(Rahul Jain) which belongs to kota itself. Earlier also i have raised complaint for the same. Customer care replied my vehicle is not registered on the respective toll that's why toll was deducting." Although no message was communicated to us by any means to register the vehicle on local toll so that we can take action regarding the same. Till Date Rs.715/- was deducted...
