Fastag monthly pass payment - reg

Address: Teak-506, IJM RAINTREE PARK, Guntur

I paid 300/- for monthly pass for KAZA Toll, For vehicle having no AP39BF4141.
Amount was successfully paid but pass did not get active.
I again recharged with ICICI.
Kindly pay back my Rs 300/- or if possible pay back Rs 95+45 for the same toll i paid bcs of NHAI failure.

No good road

I have travelled between chennai to bangalore, until walajapet roads are very worst, couldnt even drive. There is an government's voice to collect only 50% toll fee, but still the toll receives full fee.

My major concern is, why this road is not maintained. If someone get hurt will the concern contract person pay to victim. If so how many such claims has been settled. Who is responsible for quality control of roads.

Broken roads and potholes filled NH45 Chennai-bangalore

I would like to bring to your attention that the road between maduravoyal to Sriperumbudur is Fully ladden with potholes.The toll booth which is near hyundai plant for which we pay 25rs is been completely waste of ppl money the tollboth authority are not properly taking care of the road.Normally the travel from chennai to Sriperumbudur takes 1hr 30 mins now the traffic takes about more than 2 hrs.There is high chances of accidents in these...

Naidupeta to Nellore highway worst roads

NH71 road from naidupeta to Nellore is the road which cause interruption to the drivers as well as passengers in the journey there were some deep cuts in the roads which are unseen and thus facing problems for the drive..
So all drivers who are getting in that roads face a problem that to in toll roads which we are paying to drive
So take back look and solve this problem as soon as possible.so I don't need to listen this type...

Bad road condition of NH15

I want to complaint about very bad condition of NH 15 stretching from Abohar to Malout.It has very deep and wide potholes which invites many accidents.The condition of road is such that an average of 3 fatal accidents takes place daily seriously injuring people.I want you to please note my complaint and improve the road as soon as possible so that precious life can be saved....

Wrong toll collection on KMP expressway

Today I was going to Ghaziabad through palwal on eastern peripheral expressway but I took the wrong route and entered the KMP ( western peripheral) instead, when I realised my mistake I came back from nuh plaza but when I reached toll at palwal they charged me whole 220 rs. Operator said entry slip is valid is for 45 minutes while I reach there in 49 minutes. Why did you charge the whole amount while you can charge 45 rs for one toll only....

Emergency vehicle delayed by toll plaza employee

Address: POWERGRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD., DAMODARPURA, BASSI, JAIPUR

Vehicle no. RJ14 TE 8599 is engaged to perform emergency duties for national POWER TRANSMISSION work in Central govt. PSU POWER GRID, Bassi.
On dated 11.12.2020 in morning hrs 10:13 there is long row of vehicles in toll plaza RAJADHOK, .
Because of emergencies in work at site we need to move fast and we were not permitted to go from emergency row despite of requests no. of times....

Songir toll plaza

It's of no use using FASTag at songir toll plaza as the toll gates are messed up, no desired vehicles enter the toll gates. Heavy vehicles in the car lane with huge chaos & after crossing in the huge traffic the toll person gives you a receipt printout (if you are using FASTag then also) which is of no use & delaying, increasing the number of vehicles behind you, jamming toll gates....

Stoppage of construction of Sewage

NHAI road-29 on which construction of road and sewage undergoes
Near gorakhnath temple in front of mega shop construction of sewage which was started in the first week of oct and same has been stopped during the month of mid Nov. As a result their is a leakage of water in sewage tunnel which result in problem of doing day to day working.
So kindly look at the matter as soon as possible...

Eunuchs on toll plaza

Address: #3938, SECTOR 22 D, Chandigarh

Eunuchs were on the PANIPAT TOLL PLAZA, surrounded the car so that the car couldn't pass, demanded money to let the car pass, started taking off their clothes, lying down on the road, started abusing everyone and damaging the car while kids were in the car terrified. This happens every single time whenever a car crosses this toll plaza (especially a decorated car for wedding)...

No washroom and drinking water

Dear sir,
I am a regular traveler between Siddipet and Hyderabad of Telangana state. From many days I have seen that the toll between Siddipet and Hyderabad is not providing enough infrastructure to the travellers.
No wash rooms
No drinking water

Could you please look into this matter.

Fast tag lane double charging

Address: Kozhinjipatti ( KM 392+921) on NH-7

Hi, I am a valid fast tag user. I recharged my account and entered the toll gate. At the counter they told i have a low balance and my account was blacklisted. Though i have a fast tag account. I was charged 120 instead of the fare -60Rs. When checked with the operator they told their system was not updated so they will fine me.

The toll is Kozhinjipatti ( KM 392+921) on NH-7....

Wrong charge of toll tax on my fastag

Address: 20 Laxmi colony tonk road jaipur 302015

This is in reference to my vehicle number RJ14XC 7095 a Creta car from Hyundai which crossed Shahjahanpur toll plaza on 20/6/ 2020 . It went towards Delhi and was charged Rs 135 at 11.05pm and was again charged Rs 65 on 21/06/20 at 3.51 am when it returned towards Jaipur. This was correct charge but then Rs 335 by ref no 16246174 was charged again as shortfall of charges which was wrong charge. I did file a complaint no 2157310 on 30/06/20...

Refund the deducted toll fare

Khed shivapur Toll plaza fare is exempted for locals but the amount 95 rs deducted by fast tag.
So please refund it to me....

Manual Debit of toll

I have Fastag of Axis Bank but from last month they are deducting amount from my account manually. Even if the Toll charges being deducted still manual debit has been taken place...

Toll amount deducted forcefully and misbehaving

Address: Bhavdeen toll plaza sirsa haryana

I have crossed bhavdeen till plaza and amount Rs 60 deducted through fast tag (as per pic attached) inreturn the toll agent asked me that there is no balance in your fast tag but my wallet shows balance . And they deduct the Rs 60 downward my journey manually (As per attachment) while as per rule the amount will be 30 Rs . And they also misbehave with us .
So you are requested to take proper action so that NHAI's reputation will continue....

NHAI road has potholes near Puzhal jail

The NHAI Road near the Puzhal jail has big pathholes and it causes traffic jam and vehicles get damaged due to bad roads. The roads needs to be repaired at the earliest to avoid any accidents due to bad roads....

Seeking too much time to collect the amount

At Songir, Dist.- Dhule NHAI toll plaza there is no benefit as fast tag. We have to stay approx 1 hour to pay toll although we have fast tag. Kindly stop this shameful behaviour as you getting strict about cashless promotion. On toll plaza I haven’t seen till time that they have opened all lanes. So why government wasted land. Just think on youeself and stop this shame thing. This is now for 09/12/2020...

Overcharge for the fastag

Hi,

Kundagol to Hubli road, at Shrewada village toll plaza was opened.
It is private toll plaza and they are not accepting the Fast tag at this tool plaza and they preferred only cash as toll money.

If we consumers told like Govt has made Fast tag as mandatory and then they will tell ok we will accept fast tag, but at this toll plaza they are overcharging for the Fast tag consumers,
