Double payment / Driver fraud

Today( 20 September 2022 ) i booked a cab through ola and i decided to pay through paytm wallet before the ride but i dont know what happened but the payment was not confirmed till that time, so i paid cash to the driver as he asked for it, later on i recieved message for the deduction of money through paytm wallet. Now i dont know what to do. I paid a sum of 1086 in total, 543 as cash and 543 through paytm wallet.

Paided Rs 415 in cash to driver, but showing outstanding in ola app

I traveled in ola auto on 5th September 2022 around 5:10 pm from avadi to nanganallur. I paid in cash to auto driver but its showing outstanding in ola app. And personally notification through ola money in whatup as well. Unable to reach customers care and driver too. Still problem is not resolved. One basic ideas is we can't end the driving without payment. Then why its showing outstanding. How to resolve...

I have booked a cab on 11th of August from Kochi Infopark to Cochin Airport CRN [protected], I had paid all the fare amount with previously due cancellation charges which sums up to 602rs which I have paid using PhonePe (Transaction ID - T2208111224200794982656). At the end of the ride your app in Driver's phone shows to pay 129rs more which also I have paid using Google Pay (Transaction ID[protected] to you driver Antony CJ.

Higher fare than estimated

I booked an ride on 31 July 2022, the fair was 146 at the time of booking but at the end of the ride it was 242. I raised an complaint multiple time then they processed the refund but still didn't get and customer number is not valid.
I have attached the screenshot....

Left baggage in ola auto on 17.09.22 )

On 17.09.22 at about 15 hours i came from sdc mahalakshmi cinema hall to to my home in karikalan street sri sakthi nagar by ola auto. In chennai . I left my bag in auto his name is raguram. I spoked to him. He told that he is staying in chennai anna nagar .
Till now baggage not received..

I have paid money Rs 126 for the ride on sep 13 th 2022 through UPI but also money deducted in ola postpaid and also faced same issue on sep 14th 2022 for Rs 94.
I have tried contacting support and also tried to raise a request but I'm unable to submit the request....

Driver's adamant and unethical behaviour

With great anguish and pain I'm writing seeking immediate cancelation of Ola cab license for the cab number given below.

As we landed at Vizag Airport, we booked Ola cab and the first driver accepted and later canceled the ride. I had booked a ride on july 29th friday which cost rs 672 . I paid my bill through cash directly to the ola driver V.Nagarajan . And now I'm getting whatsapp messages to pay rs 822 using postpaid . I had not choosen any postpaid option for my ride . Ola Money Postpaid- Crif Score messed up

My payment transactions for Ola Postpaid kept failing at your end. I raised complaints over email trying to get this fixed. After 2 replies, you stopped replying altogether. Even after making payments, INR 48 continued being due and then INR 0.01

False Claims and Deficiency of Service

Regarding ticket number [protected] I was assured that my cancelation fees will be waived off, as I had genuine reason to cancel the ride, and I will get a coupon of Rs. 50 which I have paid extra. But I never got the coupon. I was also assured that I will get an email at saha.[protected]@gmail.com which I never got. The ticket was closed.
I raised another ticket no[protected] on the same issue but that too is closed falsely claiming...

Payment made twice for ola cab service

Dear Sir
I traveled from New Delhi Airport to Gurgaon Sec 23, on August 21, 2022 (OLA CRN No [protected]). I transferred the payment to the Paytm wallet in the Payment section of the OLA App but it didn't show the balance till the end of the journey and I thought the payment failed so I paid the driver of Rs 647/- on the driver's mobile number thru PhonePe. Later, an amount of Rs 647/- was deducted from the Paytm wallet also...

Being a frequent rider, I have raised 2 concerns with the support app & have not gotten any resolution on those yet.
Its impossible to reach through your call center nos & raising complaints on app, hardly get resolved.

Hope this time my concerns are addressed.

Double charged refund not provided. Playing with customer

I took the ola cab ride on 21 st May 2022 after completion of my ride I have done payment through UPI payment method using Ola app itself. 715 Rs amount was deducted but driver said amount not reflecting in app due to some issue. So he asked me to pay by cash which I did . Ola app also showing the correct payment method as cash.

After that I have raised multiple support tickets for refund of online payment as amount was deducted....

Refusal to refund for trip dropped midway

I took an ola cab on 10th Aug which was abandoned midway because driver kept insisting me to take ride offline. I refused and told him to drop me midway but I had to pay in full. I raised a ticket on 11th Aug and was promised to help but so far I have not received any callbacks. It's been a month and they are still telling me same lies....

Charged twice by OLA app

I took an OLA auto from South Delhi to AIIMS, delhi. I paid ₹ 105 to the auto driver in cash. But the app is still showing that it is unpaid and asking me to make another payment of ₹ 105.

I tried reaching ola through mail and customer care number but they didn't reply back to me.
Due to such bad experience, I stopped using OLA app altogether....

Disgusting behaviour

Even after getting information about the pick up and drop location drivers gives us a call and asks about the same info just to cancel the ride.
And the worst part is they talks in such disgusting and insulting manner that it leaves us with no option but cancelling the ride.
This is extremely unprofessional on the part of service providers....

Regarding cancellation charges refund

I have a booked a ride on 9th September 2022 and the driver also reached the location for pickup.Once I get inside the cab ( CRN : [protected] ) he asked to cancel this ride in OLA app and asked me to pay a sum of ₹500 . But in OLA app the estimated fare has shown only ₹461 and the driver demanded ₹500 and asked me to cancel the ride. I said I can't do that and the driver said i can't take the trip. So I got out of the cab and cancelled...
