water dripping into the bed from ac duct

I m travelling in Volvo multi axel sleeper class (2+1) from mumbai to Bangalore on 21st May .The moment bus started at expressway water continuously coming out and the bed is totally wet. When asked the attender he replied that the bus is not service in showroom even after 5 trips ( up & down). This is very pathetic condition after paying Rs 2000 per seat.

bus accident and injury to self

I had booked three tickets from hyderabad to bangalore for 18/5/2019 which departs from suchitra junction, hyderabad at 9.00 pm. Orange travels in which i was travelling met with an accident near ananthpur, before reaching ananthpur. I had an injury on my right knee for which i have to take 1 week rest. I'm complaining about the service and maintenance of the bus

In ac sleeper bus it is quite basic thing to give a blanket, they have not provided it. And showing all amenities but coming to the bus no amenities are up to the mark. If i ask for tv he said it has some signal problem.ac is also not working well.

Hi this is karthik. I booked around 10 tickets from pune to bangalore on May 17th... The bus arriving time 7:15 but its delayed almost 1 and half hour. I booked a ticket from hyd to pune at 10.15 on 16 may and come to know that the bus is cancelled after i call customer care waiting for roughly 3 hrs. worsen experience while traveling from mysore to hyderabad

It was too worse taking bus or opting orange travel's in recent times. I'm a regular customer n now.. It is toooo irritating to opt this bus service. The cleaner of bus for bus no: ar024871 is the person responsible for this.. The two tickets booked for madurai from ecity bangalore for 30th april 2019 was told in phone call that it was cancelled due to weather damages while we were in boarding point. It was mentioned that tickets amount refund will be given in 2 days but later no response to email. Again it was told 7-10 days for refund. about a parcel

Hi this is suresh, actually i have sent one parcel from vijayawada to salem, but they haven’t dropped in salem. They taken that parcel to coimbatore directly, after they said that we are taking the parcel to salem again but actually they didn’t, such a worst reply i got from driver and the service mans... late arrival of bus on all 3 times

Today is my 3rd travel with orange travels, on all these occasions bus never arrived on time. With no information provided on late arrivals and your customer service and the number on ticket never answered any of my calls. Even now waiting for the bus, supposed to be here by 7:15 but it is almost 8:00. I missed so many of my schedules due to your messed bus service. complaint about worst service received

I was travelling from vijaywada to hyderabad on 05th may2019. Received very bad service at vijaywada orange bus stop from bus driver, staff and customer care people.

Bedsheets on my berth were dirty and smelling. When i asked staff for replacement of same, didn't get any support.

We were supposed to leave from vijaywada at 11.55 pm. Bus broke down due ac issue. All passengers were stranded there till 12.45 am....

We were 6 people booked tickets from punganuru to hyderabad on 5th may 2019, the bus was supposed to reach at 10pm.
