Long delay in boarding time.. waiting since 90 minutes at pick up point

Purely dissatisfaction

Yesterday night I traveled from VISAKHAPATNAM to HYDERABAD sleeper bus platinum .during the journey he was late at 30 minutes at pick up time.and he did not on the TV also., water bottle also did not given.and he changed the bus at HYDERABAD city out side he changed to seater non ac.and the dropping time was late by 1hr30 minutes.
And the driver behavior was also not good
While changing the bus we asked the driver why changing...

not receiving of my cancellation

I namely thirumurugan and i am serving for para military forces at chattishgarh. I ticket booking from hyderabad to bangalore on dated -10/10/2020. I not possible travel on the day due to admintrative reason. I many time try to my ticket cancellation process. But no response of orange travels....

scam of booking seat

Im travelling from hyderabad to hubli.

Main bus no : ka51ad0485
Service no: ott - 79

While booking this bus it showed me l17 and l18 are two different seats. But for my surprise both are in same compartment with conjusted seating arrangement.

No bedsheet and seat is also torn. It is sleeping coach ac.

I would have added photo but the size is 2mb only...

Hi this is gopi from hyd. Bus num ap 16 tj 6132 service num ott166 cleaner and driver was taking to rubish. Mostly clenar was drunked. Present i’m on the way to hyd our travels. If you are not responding my msg definitely i’ll complaint the police station and human court. Bus came to 15 m late. I was just asked 2m for toilet brake. So cleaner was used unparliamentary language 😡😡😡. We are booked 5k rs tickets but we they people...

delay, changing bus in middle. of the night and not getting booked place in second bus

We travelled on feb 7th night from vijayawada to chennai. Our bus came 3 hours late. We were standing on the road in the middle of nowhere waiting. What was horrible was, after a point they travels driver, manager and customer care stopped picking our calls. Finally they arrived and were unapologetic.
We pay so much and book ac sleeper (Lower) to get good sleep. Middle of the sleep at 4 am, we are asked to change bus, saying there...

I'm complaining about poor hygiene (bed bugs) and inconvenience

Horrifying experience traveling with Orange Travels on 26th Jan from Belgaum to Bangalore, OTT 1046. The seats were infested with hundreds of bed bugs causing insect bites all over the body and sleepless night. Orange travels has not taken any responsibility in resolving this complaint despite repeated follow-ups. The customer care call seems to be an eye-wash with no substance....
