I have made two levels of customer enquiries on the 2nd july and one on the 8th july, to my utter dismay there is no system of compliant logging also the customer service executive...

Pepperfry is doing pure foul - cheating and charging customers if they do not like furniture. .

If you order from pepperfry and you do not like furniture or any item because the put fascinating pics but quality of furniture is bad - they will charge 20% of item cost in return. .
