We asked for more oregano per pizza instead of just one so that guy told us that they had to cancel our order. He could have told us its chargeable, we would have bought it, but he told us cancel karna padega. Later we called the pizza hut helpline and complained about the behavior and were told that we’ll get a callback. No callback was arranged. the cancellation was not updated on app and order was shown as going in the kitchen, the getting packed. They should have updated it on the app. We again called the pizza hut helpline and then got the callback. On talking to their customer care executive he said that u cancelled and on asking why wasn’t it updated on the app he replied rudely and on being shouted back he said that you will get nothing from shouting as if i wanted a free pizza. This behavior is not acceptable. This is a case of pizza hut sanjay place. Order status still not showing cancelled.

    I placed order on the PizzaHut app to the nearest outlet (Brigade Orion Uptown mall, Bangalore) around 8.35pm. As per the app the order supposed to be delivered by 9.10 pm.

    Sharp around 9.10pm the status on the app was changed to arrived.

    Since I did not receive the order I escalated the same to PizzaHut help desk. The response I received from them is that “they raised it with outlet and someone from the store will contact me”. As promised someone from the outlet contacted and mentioned that the order was out for delivery.

    As the order was not delivered even after 9.30pm, I reached out to PizzaHut again and above process repeated.

    After waiting for few more minutes I escalated again.

    Finally I gave up and around 9.55pm I asked them to cancel my order. For which I got a response the refund will be processed in 7 working days.

    Eventually I ended up paying for the pizzas which I never received, wasted my energy and ended up hungry.

    Now I keep my fingers crossed and hoping for my money to be refunded.

    This is not the first time I had this experience with the outlet. Every time I place an order, ended up with spending effort in follow up and always the delivery is delayed.

        Hi,

        I placed an order on 25/09/2022 and made the payment via Phone pay UPI. The amount is deducted from my account, but the order did not go through. Also I also called customer care. They said that the refund has been processed but I have not received the refund yet.

            Visited PizzaHut (in PVP Mall, Vijayawada, India. around 9pm on 22th Sep 2022), with my cousin to have a pizza. We ordered an Veg supreme (1- Personal Double Paneer supreme & 1-Veg exotica) as a plan of 1PLUS1 offer which is currently on-going.

            At the time of payment worker not considered the 1PLUS1 instead he generated the bill of eatery separate and charged us with 775 INR - on questioning he simply told we only take offer if the customer request else we bill without offer which is not acceptable from trust worthy & long running firm like you and it actually destroyed our relation.

            I hereby request you to respond and take action on this. It's unlikely to create a lot of dissatisfaction and deceive the customer; I'm looking forward to your positive response. and to refund the extra amount charged on my bill applying for the offer. Here is the proof of my visit as we couldn't receive the payment made. (300INR paid using an voucher + 475 INR by UPI payment using paytm platform). I expected half the payment but its not. Its waste of adversting if you disobey the customer charging wrongly who visiting your store with trust at your service which usually given utmost care.

            No response from them to the mails they listed for any feedback and complaints

                      I wish to raise a complaint against delivery boy. During Date 18/09/2022 delivery of my pizza I was trying to make a payment. I asked the delivery boy to provide pizza huts account details. Pizza hut delivery boy provided me his personal number saying his phone switched off and asked me to make payment in the afternoon on his personal number. Date 19/09/2022 At night around 12:30 am the same guy started calling me on a repeated basis mentally harrassing me saying that he has not received payment in his account whereas my paytm upi transaction status shows successful.

                              Dropdown on Pizza hut feedback page perfectly sums what we are feeling right now. Let me go through them one by one:
                              Hygiene: No idea what people did in kitchen, no comments from me
                              Hospitality: The delivery guy, Gyan became agitated as soon as I asked why he came with late order. Then, the manager, Ram, was not ready to listen and offered a replacement instead of instant refund despite late order. I will not wait for food for 2 hours after I ordered. He was not ready to listen. So much for hospitality
                              Accuracy: Nobody from Pizza Hut was on spot. Customer care wasted our time with zero resolution. Don't want to repeat what Ram did, apart from repeating to replace order again and again, zero empathy. Not even regretting what they did today
                              Product quality: One of the worst we have eaten. Pizza was stale, garlic bread more like bread butter. Everything was cold
                              Speed: Order delivered after 50 or so minutes. Definitely beyond 30 minutes or free promise you guys brag of
                              Call centre: Kept us on hold forever, again with zero result.

                                I made an online pizza order amount got debited but order was not confirmed dated 1 jan 23.
                                As order was not confirmed so i have to make another payment which was successful with order id

                                My issue is plz refund earlier unsuccessful payment. I have called customer care but cc making me fool by saying amount will get refunded automatically.                                     It is such pathetic service from your side. it's been 20 days and i am still waiting for my refund. Dominos refunded my money same day without any fuss after cancellation. what kind of operations are you running in India. It seems without legal notice you people will not wake up and work.

                                    It's been month to get my refund for cancelled order. what a pathetic service and i am getting only lip services. It seems like i need to formally lodge a complaint to consumer court to get my refund. there is no option left for me.
