I had ordered pizza for take away and paid online via google pay, but while reaching the cafe, they responded that order is not generated and I had to pay again to get my order. In the 2nd time the order got generated. Now my first initial payment via google pay is bill and void for the Pizza Hut team however it is showing successful as per google pay

I placed order on 6th sept 2022, i paid via gpay and amount was deducted from my bank account. But due to some technical error order was not placed. I called pizza hut customer care acc to them within 48 hours amount would be refunded but its been 4 days i have not received refund amount....

Last night I ordered pizza form pizza Hut RT nagar banglore from swiggy and it's comes out to be worst order ever. It was uncooked .. Like eating raw maida and found hair in the pizza when I take a bit.. Order id[protected]...never ever order again from pizza Hut....

I would like to raise a complaint against my order no 11620560.

Please note the order was placed around 8.40 pm and estimated delivery time was around 9.19 pm.

The food was not delivered until 9.30 so I made my first call to customer service number and was informed to expect a call back from service store.

Even after waiting for another 30-40 mins foods was not yet delivered nor did I get any call...

I ordered 2 pizzas today from pizza hut app...it did not show option for store location and successfully placed the order .but after sometime I got a call from pizza hut store that they won't be able to deliver at my location as it is out of their radius. I ordered pizzas on 26 Aug 2022 from the Pizza Hut app. The payment was done using GPay. The amount got deducted from my hank account but the order did not get placed. I would like to have my entire money back as refund.

I tried contacting [protected]@yum.com and [protected] but there was no response from both of them.

Kindly look into the issue ASAP....
