I was trying to place an order for two non veg personal pizzas through Pizza hut app. Rs. 508.2 amount has been deducted but the order was not placed. It was still showing my cart. Razorpay was tge payment gateway. It was really disappointing that there is no option in the app to contact customer care. Please do the needful and refund the amount into source account.

    I was trying to place an order of two non veg personal pizzas through pizza hut mobile app. Rs 508.20 amount has been deducted from my amazon pay wallet but the orders was not placed. Order was still showing in my cart. The payment gateway was Razorpay. I am really disappointed as there is no customer care contact details in Pizza hut app. I was trying to Razorpay customer care but no support.
    Please do the needful and help me to get the refund amount credited into source account immediately.

      On 12 nov 2022 i was trying to order a pizza from pizza hut, i made the successful transaction of Rs277.20 using gpay but my order did not get placed, i had to reorder and repay again

      Pls help me with getting an immediate refund for the same

        PIZZA HUT is saying that SBICARD has not cleared the dues hence we are not accepting the Sbicard Pizzahut vouchers. Inbetween both company i have to suffering a lot. I have contacted to both customer service even after they have excuses but not supported.

          Dear pizza hut team,
          The incidence happened at Pizza Hut store details as under Pizza Hut Kharghar Sect 35 2411
          Sapphire Foods India Ltd Shop no 9& 10 Gr floor Sai Miracle Plot Sector 35 E Kharghar Navi Mumbai 410210 dt 07.11.2022.

          The order has been accepted but while doing payment the Employed store manager is not accepting the Food Voucher of pizza hut availed through SBI card.

          The store manager is not in very rough language at he said he will not accept voucher since there is some issue I told at least u can try but he is denining for same and calming this store never accept the voucher issued by SBI then I told that the similar voucher was redemption done on 13.10.2022 but still he is arguing.
          Then we asked complain register then he is not providing.
          He told me that he doesn't have and asked to visit another pizza Hut store which is 5km away.
          We left the store and again contacted him he told that he has difficult in redemption of coupon with parent company every time he is giving some other reasons.
          The complain is raised to pizza hut on their portal on 07.11.2022. complain number is 132586.
          So we request you kindly look into it.

              I have visited pizza hut in East Tambaram branch at 9 pm on 13/11/2022 they not accepting my order dine in i asked reason why not accepting my order it's my manager order don't take dine in order they doing services for online booking in the swiggy and Zomato only they are treating me as human being i have visted branch with family and childrens not responding properly as customers only focusing online orders then why keeping branches for dine in close the branches tell the only online order accept here then i have showed 1000 rs coupon for them they saying sbi bank coupon won't be allowed here please give response for me

                Okay so i was trying to get myself a pizza from pizza hut india, i filled in all the credentials and I also google paid the respective amount, but for some reason the order didn't get placed and the amount has been successfully deducted from my bank account, i tried refreshing the app but it's still asking me to pay AGAIN, pls help me get my money back, i saw people with similar problem as mine and hence m faithful, thank you so much

                        This is the 7th time I am ordering here (Ashok Nagar, Chennai). They will not deliver the order on time and in size of pizza, they will provide 30% toppings with 70% dough.
                        I have already raised a complaint about this issue to the outlet and they are doing the same thing again.

                          I had placed an order on 30/10/2022 from their application amounting INR 403.20 and made the payment online. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. When I called customer care, they said there was some technical issue and they will provide refund shortly. Its been 4 days and no refund have been issued. I've also checked on internet that the many other people are facing the same issue and calling customer care is not working. Please help...

                                    To start with, the delivery was almost 30min delayed than the showed time. The delivery boy assigned, not only knew any of the local locations, but also didn't use the google location i send. He called and said he had other delivery and that he will be delayed. Very impolite and frustrating behavior from the delivery boy. Once he delivered, he didn't even took an effort to apologize for the mistake. As a result, the food wasn't hot enough.

                                    Oregano, chilli flakes and ketchup wasn't there with the pizza. I called the store and they said the stock got over. See it's the responsibility of the store to make sure the stocks would last. I have never eaten a pizza without those. And the response from the store was very rude. They are like, it's our headache whether to eat it with the sides or not. Also didn't receive any apology regarding the delivery or the sides. Never expected such a worst experience from pizza hut. Kindly look into this matter if possible.

                                      I had ordered Pizza on 20th Oct from Vijayanagar outlet as it was my Dad's birthday and he likes Pizza. The San Francisco meal had horrible taste, the crust was very hard and smelled bad, there was hardly any cheese n toppings. this was least expected from a popular brand like Pizza Hut. I strongly feel there is no consistently in the quality and taste. It was total waste of my money and spoilt the birthday celebration. PFA pic for reference. i complained the same day to customer care and gave feedback on the order link, however no response till now.
                                      I want my complaint to be addressed immediately and want refund on my order. Hope to hear from you soon.
