I had recharged for Rs. 210 expecting full talk time and Rs. 0 was credited. After the incident when i lodged a complaint at Reliance Customer Service, they says no scheme exits for Rs. 210 and if so when i asked to refund they says I'll forward to Senior and hang up the phone.
