Hi, I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh and a holder of Reliance Fresh Card. I bought a Cadbury (roasted almond) @ Rs 150/- from a Reliance Fresh store at Arjun Nagar in Delhi. At Reliance Fresh, Kakinada Branch, many a times the offering discounts/rebates are not reflecting in final billing at the Billing Counters and thus be fooling/ cheating straight away the customers. The discount tags at items/ news paper announcements/ phamplets giving at reception does not tally the final rates frequently at the time of billing.If the customer is not aware this discrepancy in rates, no doubt he has been be fooled at once....

Mumbai, Location :Vikhroli east : The counters are left unattended the employees are always chatting . The store is very dirty, the fresh and stale greens are mixed . The manager is least bit bothered even after repeated warnings. I have to be careful for every step I take as it is very slippery the bags are lying on the ground and the vegetable containers are piled anyhow .It is very sad that a company like Reliance cannot employ people...
