In an recent incident the billing executive asked for change to two of the customers and collected exact change from the customers. My purchases items billed Rs 202. The people in the billing counter are really reckless as they do not even check to ensure proper pricing is happening and they, charge you on the actual .More over suddenly they say that they have by mistake made a cash bill and cannot accept a card and when a manager is called upon (MR Ramesh Rao ) is called upon he insists the customer to go and get cash.Waste of time and really no customer service.

Am a regular customer of reliance fresh.I could see that the branch in our location (Pattabiram, Chennai, Tamilnadu) is getting closed for customer entry before 8.30PM regularly. I guess the actual working hours is till 9:30 PM. Try to take necessary actions on this ASAP. This even degrades the reputation of RELIANCE....
