Sir, I reached reliance fresh bhulabhai deshai road, mumbai at about 2:15 and collected whatever in 15 minutes. But they refused to home deliver. As far as I know home delivery timings are from 12-3 pm, it shows extreme carelessness on parts of your employees. If reliance has given some facility to their customers its duty of its employees to fulfil. kindly look into this matter....

The lady at the first counter of reliance fresh vazhakala branch, kochi behaved very rudely to us and crushed the springs onions. We wanted springs onions where just a few was available. We took that and proceeded to the counter where she said I cannot take it and crushed same. We asked her to charge for it and s ge charged the price of a bundle of spring onion. Very rude behavior. I have noticed that even though sodexo meal pass is recognised as a mode of payment, it is sometimes not accepted in food items. Once they accepted sodexo on food items too but at other times they do not Sodexo meal pass should be acceptable for food items....
