Food card not accepted

I am a usual customer for Reliance fresh super market.from last couple of weeks my HDFC Food card is not accepted there. Before it was accepted. When i bring this to reliance staff notice they said this might be some server issue and ignored. Still i am not able to use my food card due to which i am suffering loss. Inadequate Consumer Amenities at Store

This is for information that I have been a regular customer of Reliance Fresh since 2011. Earlier I used to purchase from the outlet at Ghola, Sodepur, Kolkata. But after shifting to Khardah, I started taking the groceries and other regular needs from Barrackpore only. Credit cards payment not accepting

Selling Expired Products

All the times, we were told that if a product that is manufactured & packed on 10th of a month and expires within 10 days of packaging then they are allowed to sell it on 20th of that month, which is not true.
