    This people are fraud. Charging weight wrong and not even following and giving any solution.

    After two months creating issue of weight reconciliation and wrong amount charging.

    They messaging so much for offer and everything but importance thing they don't message. Offer message coming 3 times in one day sometimes.

    After delivery creating issue after two months pathetic service provided by them. And if we call them they don't have answer and solution. They people are blaming us only.

      The company shiprocket is doing fraud using the fake weight complain. We sell mobile accessories in size of box 21.1x17.1x6.9 cm as per the volume the system show 498grams and actual weight is 244grams so i have put weight of 500 grams. I have shipped 50 products same size same product but suddenly i receive fake weight complain showing product weight is 1.5kg how it’s possible can earphone have this much weight. They deducted more than 1300 rupees and rejected all dispute 1 courier company can measure wrong weight not every courier company is dumb so this fake weight disputed are from shiprocket at big scale of vendors it big scam. And the customer service is world wrost service for sales they have support within minutes for problems they hung up the calls when we say we use legal action the customer care team team go ahead. Shameless company scam. If it’s not scam then share package images measuring weight from your side also.

        Hi all,

        Writing this with dismay, after experiencing 10+ delayed shipments.
        Shiprocket charges you for air & deliver the same shipment through surface or takes longer time than that.

        Delay is fine however their customer service sucks, they have no idea how to deal with delay issues.
        Fraud in 1st place that your shipment is blocked since we directly cannot contact courier as shipment is aggregator as client for courier/lsp

        Its so disgusting that their escalation team seems built by fresher / illiterates who doesnt know how to manage.

        Sample awb :[protected] sent on 28th dec 2019, they might deliver it by year 2022

          We had booked shipment on 28th december 2019 via shiprocket using courier xpressbees awb number [protected]. We had paid 595.94 to send the parcel via air mode. However they had sent the parcel via surface. The commitment date for delivery was 2nd january. But as of 6th january the parcel has not reached customer and customer has birthday party today. If order does not reach today we will face goodwill loss and our order worth rs. 4797 will be returned by customer. So we will face more than rs. 5000 of loss

            They have a bad record of cheating customers by fraudulently fake charging them. The billing system is confusing and pathetic.

            Their support system is pathetic and the staff is highly unprofessional. Some staff named, julie, dipika, jasprit, harsha maurya, sudip kumar paul, divya bhatt, manmeet kaur. Ticket response time generally take 15-20days

            Dont be tempted by cheap rate. You will be end up by paying a lot. They malpractice with the shipment weight. If you shipped via fedex, check exact weight charged by fedex at fedex tracking page. But you always find shiprocket charged higher weight everytime to loot seller money.

            Recently i have been cheated rs rs 9888. My three fedex awb[protected] —[protected] —[protected], picked up from kolkata and returned to me on the same day as i did not provide eway bill as shipment value was more than 50k. Now what happened, fedex charged me rs 4944 for forwarding & returning rs 4944. This is disgusting when i request for refund shiproket said shipment containing battery thats why fedex could not forward. Is it not rediculus? Shiprocket can do anyting to refuse your refund.

            These are not all, i have lot more bad experience with them. I suggest dont run for cheap rate. At the end you will be disappointed losing more money with poor quality service.

            I also have been using shyplite since last two years. They provides fast reply and making me happy.

              Pathetic service - don't even use there services, these guys are just blocking my cod money, silly customer care people, don't know what to do even, no sla follow up. These guys are pathetic in their ticket handling, the behavior is very lame., ticket id-389536 (Ph - [protected]) pending for 2 months, even after talking to their manager, nothing is done after 15 days. Haven't seen pathetic customer care like this ever

              Your product i got Repunzel's Straightener Brush is very cheap quality...
              it does not straighten hair...very very wrost product...i want to replace or refund... it's waste of money

                From last one month you people are giving vague explanations with your unprofessional staff. Whenever we reach akshay beniwal for the payment of wrong shipments he makes excuse like i'm talking with my superiors or i'm having lunch. Do you know he have his lunch for 4 times a day. We gave all the evidence which are required to pass our claims. No professionalism. Require ans. Asap or we shall register an fir for the same.
                It is very worsening site ever I used. It delivered wrong product which I not order. And there is no solution for return. Kindly give process for return the product.

                  We are using shiprocket to for logistics purposes, from last 17 days they can't solve our issue, already send several emails, messages, call to there customers support.
                  Due to lack of response one of our order initiated for rto, same type issue was happened on september 2019 for which they have refunded both side shipping charges.
                  This time they are not respond my mail, call.

                    No resolution has been provided to me for any of my problems. More than money have i lost my loyal customers because of their poor customer service. Shipment are not delivered and fake remarks are updated in tracking status. There is no one to help you with your problem. Nor courier company helps you to solve the problem since you have booked through shiprocket.

                      Your shiprocket currier boy has lost my parcel and informed me after two months. They have given a commitment that it will arrive within 10days but it’s two and a half months now and it is still not arrived.in first 10 days they have provided me a fake proof of delivery (Pod) this pod was fake because there were no signature o[censored]s and our company name. After that i asked them to provide me valid pod and after 10days of it they have provided me another pod in which there is a signature of another company it was not our. It’s 3 months now and still they’ve not provide my money back they’re some saying me that our product is delivered but we still didn’t got it.
                      It’s a fraud...

                      My parcel was courriered through Shiprocket which was prepaid and on the day of delivery the delivery boy called once and after some minutes the parcel was showing as delivered but I didn't receive it it's been a month and more when the seller tried to contact the customer care team the denied it they responded horribly take measures as soon as possible

                        Hi i have sent a courier on 26 aug 2019 from noida to sonepat (Haryana). But this parcel not be delivered in sonepat afterthat they have proecss for rto. Rto order compete on 11 sep 2019. Then i have checked my phone was replace and i have daily followup with shiprocket team and they told me u cant't take any action we will resolve internally but finally they refused me and said we can't help of you you can do anything. Whatever i want overall totally loss of mine money and time. Our product was not delivered and they initiated a return, when we got the return, the product worth rs 7000 was changed and replaced with a nokia phone and delivered. Please take legal action against this courier company
                        And initiate my refund amount.

                          I have given the parcel to shiprocket 2 parcels which is not getting delivered and showing fake remarks as customer rejected
                          And keeping the parcel with them for around 1 month and returning back to the seller and not giving proper response and this is for ekart only so please take this complaint seriously and give the solution as fast as possible.
                          It's unfortunate they're asking aadhaar number for individual account also aren't aware if Virtual Aadhar can be used as mentioned on call by their representative Chakshu which is violation as per Aadhaar Ammendment Bill..Kindly look to same as Aadhaar can't compulsorily be asked as it's only voluntary

                              I ordered a game for my ps4 from book my tech, who was delivering it through ship rocket. I got a message on my phone, that my game was delivered, whereas there was no delivery made to my address. My address is correct, phone no. Was correct. My mother was at home. I called up ship rocket and told them, i haven't received my game and the status showed delivered. All they said was we cannot help, contact the seller, whereas as delivery was made by them. I requested them to help me out and tell me where they have delivered it, if they have. They refused to help. I had paid rs 3699 for my game online.

                                Sir/ ma'am,
                                We want to complaint against shiprocket from which we courier our products to customer's.in that they are showing that our company has sent false weight to the courier company, but in actual we measure each and every product and has sent the exact weight what is of the product. We even sent the proofs to shiprocket with the measuring ruler, but still they are not helping us out with this issue. The courier company is charging extra money for no reason. We have mailed our complaints to shiprocket but they are not taking any action. And we are not satisfied from them inspite of paying higher amount. Still they are asking for extra amount and not helping their customer's also. Infact they are creating more problem to the customer's, they are just getting money before hand and then they are not doing their work properly. This is a great disappointment for customer's like us to work with such a company. I want government to take quick action against shiprocket.

                                  They have a support number[protected].. But it will be always in WAIT and AUTOMATICALLY cut.

                                  My plan has been deactivated. But even after payment done, i am rushing beyond then but there is not proper support for me till now..

                                    I have worked as a seller on shiprocket for 1 month
                                    And send over 500+ shipments but as i believe their charges are 30% extra than their competitors and they take advance payment only as compare with other competitors providing postpaid account!

                                    I shifted to another company and was having rs 9000 in their wallet and as per their company faq's when you cancel the membership...

                                    On 20th may 2017 i was recharging my shiprocket account with rs. 1000. I completed the transaction successfully, money had been deducted from my bank which is icici bank, but on ship rocket i did not received rs. 1000. Then i recharged again with rs, 500 that i received on ship rocket. I have asked them for help. They said they are working on it, but its been 2 days but the money is not received. The shiprocket support team gave me a case no. On this matter - case no:00207345.
                                    I am attaching screen shot on bank statement & shiprocket billing.

                                    Please help me on this one.

                                    After booking and shipping it created fake weight discrepancy and auto debit its customers account and whip out whole balance and repetitively sends mails for fraud outstanding balances, we request never to fall in its trap.

                                    The company is sending us fake bills for the month of May and August even though we have not availed any service of the Company fir the said period.                                     Hi, We have opened a account with Shiprocket in Dec'2018 with email id [protected]@gmail.com. In starting, they are giving good services but after 20days when we increased our business with them, they started weight issues on every parcel. We are dealing in loafers and our product weight is not more than 1kg (with dimension and actual weight). But Shiprocket made issues on every single parcels and was said your parcels weight is 2kg some times 2.5 kg without any proof and charged us 3 times shipping cost on the parcels, As its prepaid account, they directly debited amount from our account. We explained them, no one will put 2 or 2.5kg shoes in their leg and if you have any proof please send us. They said, consumer has to provide the photos with dimensions and weight, which we have done but yet to receive any response from them. Then I spoke to my friend who recommend me to go with Shiprocket, he also said, yes they are doing fraud with the customers, lots of the customer facing this type of critical issues. We request you to please take necessary action against them. I am attaching some pictures for your reference.
