Not taking action on NDR

I am an eccomerce seller and ship my products via shiprocket.

On 18th july 2020 i shipped my product via ecom express on shiprocket - with edd of 25th july with awb no - [protected]
On 22nd july shiprocket notified that an ndr was to be created - so i did so and reattempted delivery on 23 july which wasnt done

Firstly the reason for ndr stated was the the premises is unaccessible due to covid - 19, but...

faulty product delivered

I purchased a bluetooth headset of swiss military from shiprocket.com the product delivered is a faulty one and the charge drains out within ten minutes. I haven’t received anybupdates regarding the refund till now....

Consignment not delivered

One parcel from bangalore containing perishable items - vegetables and fruits has been sent to panvel maharashtra on 24th june. Its reached to bhiwandi maharashtra location on 27th june and then its still not delivered to panvel address. Its really shameful to have such ridiculous service by shiprocket & delihivery courier services who handled the consignment.

Weight disputes

Sir/ ma'am,
We want to complaint against shiprocket from which we courier our products to customer's.in that they are showing that our company has sent false weight to the courier company, but in actual we measure each and every product and has sent the exact weight what is of the product. Courier not delivered

I have placed a courier on 26th june and it reached destination on 28th june and from then the courier is not delivered it's almost been 5 days and i'm calling and raising tickets continuously on shiprocket but no response is given from them

Excess weight charges than actual with any proof

I had initiated the shipment through shiprocket. I had raised the shipment with proper weight and dimension. Post which whatever amount reflected i had paid. Later on they wrote the mail regarding discrepancies in both weight and amount without any proof. When we reverted about discrepancies they rejected the response and again send the same claim. Scammer doing their best at scamming

These people will definitely close all the ticket ids you create without giving out any proper resolution, they charge ruthlessly for weight discrepancy

weight dispute false charges applied

This people are fraud. Charging weight wrong and not even following and giving any solution.

After two months creating issue of weight reconciliation and wrong amount charging.

They messaging so much for offer and everything but importance thing they don't message. Offer message coming 3 times in one day sometimes.

shiprocket is involved in fraudulent activity

The company shiprocket is doing fraud using the fake weight complain. We sell mobile accessories in size of box 21.1x17.1x6.9 cm as per the volume the system show 498grams and actual weight is 244grams so i have put weight of 500 grams. fraud - unethical support

Hi all,

Writing this with dismay, after experiencing 10+ delayed shipments.
Shiprocket charges you for air & deliver the same shipment through surface or takes longer time than that.

Delay is fine however their customer service sucks, they have no idea how to deal with delay issues.
Fraud in 1st place that your shipment is blocked since we directly cannot contact courier as shipment is aggregator...

sending parcel by surface mode instead of air

fake charging

They have a bad record of cheating customers by fraudulently fake charging them. The billing system is confusing and pathetic.

Their support system is pathetic and the staff is highly unprofessional. Some staff named, julie, dipika, jasprit, harsha maurya, sudip kumar paul, divya bhatt, manmeet kaur. Ticket response time generally take 15-20days

Dont be tempted by cheap rate. You will be end up by paying a lot....

blocking cod money since 2 months, no response on complaint

Pathetic service - don't even use there services, these guys are just blocking my cod money, silly customer care people, don't know what to do even, no sla follow up. These guys are pathetic in their ticket handling, the behavior is very lame., ticket id-389536 (Ph - [protected]) pending for 2 months, even after talking to their manager, nothing is done after 15 days. Haven't seen pathetic customer care like this ever
