A parcel was shipped on 21st of july 2021 from mumbai to Goa from waffle cookies
the estimated delivery was supposed to be on 23rd of july 2021 and since then it has been delayed and till now it is stuck in local Fedex facility in verna till now.

it is kindly requested to deliver the parcel as soon as possible...

Again this fools ideots doing same issue my awb no [protected] i have booked courier on 24th july still not pickuped, when i complained to customer care same excuse, we have fordwered to consen team bt no proper responce no pickup. I humble recommended n very humble request all business owner n resellers dnt do any transaction with ( shiprocket.Com bigfoot logistic ) they are loose your business n customers, all are un proffessional fools....

I placed an order on July 8, 2021 for Terraplant through a website called Terrplant.in. The order was for two ceramic planters for a total order value of INR 1598. The order id was #1128. I got an email confirmation about my order from [protected]@terraplant.in, and was promised delivery by July 17, 2021. Later I received 2 emails that said the order was delayed due to covid restrictions. These emails about delay, then about...

And they have been told that document disposed from hub ....

how poor your service that your delivery man even did not call me this is happen with me second...

This Shiproket is No1 waste courier service. I have ordered products from seller. They have sent parcel through this worst fellow on 3rd July 2021. But till the day there are no tracking details from Shiprocket, even after contacting them they are not provided any details to me and to the seller also. Simply they tell unnecessary explanations to bluff the issue. Worst parcel services is this one, if possible ban this one....

I am a 2 week old ecommerce company. Shiprocket has been a nightmare for us. Worst customer support. They broke 7-8 shipments in last 4-5 days and no one replies to your queries. Their customer support only repeats their words again and again.

Not at all recommended for a small business as they will make you run after them, be on their customer support call for 4-5 hours in a day and still your queries will not be resolved.br...

I am receiving lot of messages from your side about delivery of product and OTP o[censored]nknown customers product for verification. It seams that my M. no. [protected] is defaultly pickup by your system. Therefore, you are requested to delete my M. no. from your data base immediately....

The package has been picked from the seller on 23rd june from Delhi and as per the info reached chennai on 29th. we understand this delay due to Covid but since it reached chennai it has not reached me till 3rd of July. they show false delivery attempt from last 3 days and not cofirming the delivery. Neither any one has contacted for delivery.
i see serious concern here and if the delivery is not done in a day both seller and buyer...

I had ordered Boombox Wireless Bluetooth speakers from Shiprocket website(Order ID 17487). It got delivered on 28th June 2021 and I found that it's not working properly. I had raised an request through email on same day but today I received an email mentioning that my issue is been resolved(Ticket No.2728200). Believe me I have not received any call or resolution email from the vendor or from shiprocket website....

Booked a shipment on 22nd and cancelled it within 1 hour.
After 4 follow ups, everytime what i get to hear is that i will receive my refund within 3-4 business days. They are closing service tickets on a random basis without providing any solution. When i am asking for a refund initiation mail with a reference id they are failing to provide the same.
In my last call I said, after the pathetic experience i wish to close my account...

Hi sir this 2 parecl is not delivered to the client and when I called to customer care no. They just telling sir wait for 24 hrs u r parcel will be delivered to the client but till now it is not delivered I have waited for more than a week and co partner just giving wrong information that they call to the client and they refused to take parcel and I had reattempted 3 times...
