Not picking up or refunding

I bought an item from snapdeal on 13th april and they sent me a faulty product which does not charge.

I have raised at least 7 pickup requests which they keep cancelling again and again.It is now the 21st and no pickup has happened and no refund given for faulty product!

They have disabled the calling option as well.

Complete FRAUDS!

Refund my money asap!

Hii, I am syed Mohammad raza I have put a oder on snapdeal for wireless karkoe mic on 8 April and I pay the money using net banking and the 448 rupees is debited from my account but they said we are not get money and they cancel my Oder and said your money is credite into your account in 72 hours .but it’s today 14 April but I yet not get my refund money and they are saying send us your bank statement in pdf format how can i share my bank...

Today i received a post from snapdeal online shopping pvt limited, 8th floor, sector v, rdb building, salt lake, kolkata - 700091.
Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1, 20, 000 + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11, 20, 000 inr. They have mentioned to contact on the watsap number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know via truecaller app that the number is in the name of snapdeal....

Snapdeal refuses to delete my account that I have not used for multiple years. I also have no intention o[censored]sing Snapdeal in the future.

They sent the following message :

Return of defective item

I had booked Realme 5i flip cover vide order ID [protected]on 6.3.2021 and was delivered to me on 8.3.2021 as per invoice no SDO094F/20/20533 dt 6.3.2021.
After opening the package, the item was found defective with improper size and return request was made. The pick up was arranged on 10.3.2021 and pickup person refused the pickup saying that you have wrong request.
It is requested that the defective piece be picked up and...

Lucky draw winner

I received a speed post today with scratch card and a certificate that says I am one of the winners. It has my name phone number and address on it... Saying I am one of the winners and have won around 7 lakh rupees.. tell me is it genuine or not because I smell something wrong here.. and even if it is wrong then Snapdeal should take measures to keep our information personal and take action against such fraudulent going on...

Snapdeal is not taking return of product purchased. Got a message from Snapdeal that “ There has been a delay in picking up the product by our courier partner due to unavoidable reasons. However, I have rescheduled the return request, and our courier partner will pick up the product within the next 2-3 days.” Today when I called the status, it shows as return request closed. I did not receive any call from courier person or Snapdeal before...

Online fraud from snap deal customer care

I placed Jumbo vegetable chopper on 13 jan 2021 with order id [protected]; but I made return request on 23 rd JAN as the product was not at all satisfactory.
