I purshsed Sony Xperia XA on 16 Aug 2016 the imei of my device is- [protected] and I sent my mobile to service centre to jay shree electronics Rajkot and I am facing too much problem in there are hanging problem in it all time. Dishonor the complaint by sony india toll free customer care from 6/8/2016

I have purchased a sony tv KLV 32 R 402 A . (Sl.No.4315787) from sony kottayam through pittappallil agency Ettumanoor KTM on 12/9/2013.on 02/8/2016 the display of the tv get damaged and no display.As per version of Madona customer care, KTM I shipped it to KTM.They told that the tv set will be sent to madona Vytila, EKM for repairing.More over if the Parts is not available the tv will be replaced by realising the cost of the damaged parts....

Led 32inch in working properly after rapair

but again i am facing same issue.
i told him change the product they told we can't do.

This is to inform you that we bought a 40 inch sony led on 15 august 2016 from reliance digital gachibowli branch but till today's date the garantee card is not been issued.
Send all the details to the shop twice in whattsapp number and complain has been registered.
No action has been taken. I request you to solve my issue as soon as possible. Waiting for a positive response.

Job sheet number is - j61592080 and i also bought 3 yr extended warranty..2-3 months ago my laptop started giving me some problems.. There was heating problem along with high noise of fan and the charging point was not working properly.. Side beneath the battery started bulging out due to unknown reasons.. So on 05/07/2016 i took my laptop to sony service station...

55-inch 3d led tv display panel faulty within 3 yrs

Sony - not like old days. Last 10-12 years, all sony products have started showing one or the other complaints. Very bad quality product, always highly priced & horrible after sales service.

Sony still uses its "old" brand image to mis-sell their bad quality products, i must say. All sony products has lost its quality & no after sales support no matter how genuine the complaints are.
