Complain about a faulty sony z5 premium

Very bad service

Tv model no-klv-22p40213 was purchased on 01.09.2015. Complain no[protected] was made in sony complaint center on dt 13.07.2016. Then a person came home on 21.07.2016 and visualize the tv and detected the defect. Then they assured me that the tv will be repaired within 10 days. When i was called on service centre they will be assured me that your problem is resolved in 2 or 3 days. But i am waiting for resolving my problem.

Not taking the waterproof warranty for z5 premium

Request for sony xperia xa replacement not processed

This is the 11th day now and there is no reply from the sony center nor its service center.. Please complete the replacement process asap... I have never had any complaints from sony.. My bravia tv got vertical line and need to replace display panel and I paid deposit and many many follow up also no action taken. It is very upsetting that SONY as reputed company treat the customer this way MY this issue was first highlighted in[protected] and again on 27-06-16 by job number J61528037.

Please do the necessary parts replacement and if the part not available please do change new TV at the price agreed by SONY...
