Hello Sir,

I have purchased Sony Bravia LED KLV-28R412B worth 25k in March 2015. and only within 14-15 months, it has started to show several black vertical lines on the display. The technician sent by the sony service center told us that display panel need to be replaced which will cost 10, 000. Servicing center is not very cooperative when asked about how a brand like sony can fool people like this. NO action has been taken...

I bought Xperia XA Dual (F3116) with product ID: [protected] on 25/08/2016 from sai electronics shop no. 28, B&E DDA market, Dilshad garden, Delhi 110095 and got to know that the phone has major battery drainage issues. It gets discharged even without using it. It runs for 3-4 hours only on average usage and it takes longer time to get fully charged although the company promises fast charging, it also hangs. Camera is also below average....
