We have submitted all relevant documents to concern authority, but still they have lot of queries. My parents are suffered due to star health people, my father continuously visiting their office for claim settlement but from last one year we have received the claim. Please requesting you people do not buy insurance from star health, fake people, fake company. Very bad customer support....

After 10 months my admitted hospital after checkup doctor was fund this is the tb but the medical expense is very high medicine used itp injection for platelet come down,

poor customer support of star health insurance

There is totally no support/ care for the customers once a customer had purchased a policy. It's being already 10 days since i purchased a health insurance policy. But still now i didn't receive the physical health id cards delivered to my address. My policy number is p/700002/01/2020/031309. lethargy and negligence in claiming and non cooperation from your agent

regarding insurance renewal

My mother is being insured with star health since 2014. Every year renewal went fine in time and there are no claims made till date. This year due to my onsite travel, i missed to renew by 25th august 2019 but later within two weeks during grace period only i approached star health renewal team asking for porting my father to star health & getting my mothers insurance renewed. unethical way of adding pre existing to policy even though it's not preexisting

Star health insurance is employing girls to contact customers inducing them to take policies. They use any number of private mobile nos to make calls persistently to make customers to take policies against their wish the girls shamelessly repeatedly call giving a bad impression about the company. I have admitted in hospital and was about to discharge this morning. I raised claim for my hospital expenses in the morning but it is not processed still. Whenever we tried contacting customer service, they are saying it is under process. Its been around 7hrs but no update yet from their side. Kindly process our claim as soon as possible

complaint on star health regarding my claims

bad behaved staff and services
