wrongly debited amount rs.40+40+40+50 = 170

Dear sir,
I have done four transaction Rs.40 + 40 +40 +50 = Total Rs. 170=00 on dt. 24.07.2018 for pay of income tax, But these transactions were not done successful and also not debited in my account on the same time.

When i checked out balance by on second day dt.25.07.2018. these transactions have been debited from my account no.[protected].
I have already called at your customer care no.[protected] on dt.26.07.2018,...

doing abuse on call regarding payment

I have done transaction from bhim app on 1st august 2018. I am sbi account holder. My amount got debited from sbi account but beneficiary account didn't receive the credit amount kindly resolve the issue. I have raised compliant with sbi upi via but no reply. I am sharing my transaction details

sbi customer care not providing proper assistance.

SBI has to educate the people who is working in Customer care center, they are not able to provide any kind of help even being asking for many a times. They fail in providing the basic necessary information as well.
I had a query on Phone banking and net banking. Since net banking was not working for me I registered for the phone banking and i dint receive the password at all. So Called the customer care for help. since help desk...

recovery agent talking in abusive language

I have been receiving the phone calls from SBI Credit Card recovery agent named Sony [protected] in very abusive and intimidating language with a direct personal attack.

This has happened many times but I am making a complaint about today's incident i.e. 1/08/2018.

I request SBI to look into the matter and doesn't appoint such agent as in Mumbai one person has done suicide for ICICI Bank agent. It is also requested...

Sir, My credit balance was on 4.12..15Rs 4717at KCCACCOUNT no [protected].but afterward interest debited on 31.12.15 Rs 7185.From where it comes? in correct cibil reporting

i have recently applied for a personal loan and the lending bank informed me that in my credit score there is a write off SBI credit card ending with 9902.

i have checked my credit score and i could able to find there are two SBI credit cards are reflecting one is ending with 9902 and the other one is 0738.

i have not opted for any credit card from SBI...

personal loan against pension

In edappally branch my mother not giving loan against pension.
My mother has getting family pension (Indian coffee board under ministry of
Commerce and industry) mother is receiving the pension from 1995.

got a mail asking the details of my debit card information.

deduction from saving account

There has been series of deduction from my saving account without my prior permission which left me with insecurity on my saving account under your bank.
Below are the messages i received after amount been deducted from my account-

Your ac xxxxx521538 debited inr 5.90 on 30/06/18 - mab sb debit. Avl bal inr 314.65. Plz download buddy

Your a/c xxxxx521538 has a debit by transfer of rs 206.50 on 03/07/18....

invalid login attempt

I got a message from sbi
ALERT: You have made two invalid login attempt for your username on 31th july, 2018 at 6:21 pm IST. You are left with one more attempt and your user access will be locked for a day post 3 wrong password attempt.
I didn't try to log in my online sbi net banking at that time.
How is this possible?
Please suggest what to do next
Is it a SBI server problem?...

Why two times Rs. 206.50 get deducted??

personal loan given to other person on my documents and name

Yesterday i came to know when i extract my cibil score report that sbi has given loan to another pserson on my name and document which is unethical and illegal. Details as are:-
Now i am not able to take any loan. I am coming in defaulter category. How sbi can do this? It means no security of common man.
