billing related issue & service not provided

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that, saveral time trying to contacting customer care executive for redeem reward point & billing related issue. But there system no any option for connecting executive and register for call back no any response from service center.
How to paid annually card charge without any service.
How to redeem reward point...

unwanted transfer of money to investment intermedi.

There's an unwanted transaction occured recently from my account. It is saying that my money had been transferred to investment intermedi. But i didn't have any info that how this happened and what is this investment for? So i kindly request to refund my money as soon as possible. It is totally unfortunate to go through this type of problem inspite of being a valuable customer....

non receipt of pension & commutation amount

atm debit card unauthorised transaction money deducted

I am vishram meena my account number sbi kheri branch rawatbhata dist chittorgarh my account 20/5/2018 two times amount deduct 5000 and 5000 Rs. By debit card. But I am not use I saw suddenly my registered mobile show message amount deducted so please enquiry and who are you deduct my amount please help me and take right decision and deduct amount refund early. atm card not received above one month

My card was expired in june still i have not received the same so i have checked with customer care and found that my card was couriered on 02.05.18, customer care advise me to check with post office so i have checked with post office few times but post office didn't have any speed post no eb4590a2836in and i also check with home bank they also not get return card at home bank.

my deposit credit in other account

I deposited cheque in state bank of india sector 7 dwarka 11565 b no. Rs. 50000/- cheque on 23/03/2018. But it was not credited in my account due to wrong account no. They kept in sundry deposit but instead of communicate me for correct account no they transfer my amount 50000/- in other wrong account. Which is still pending for rectification. When i complaint on line three times the close the complaint with they can not supply notes, and...

unauthorised atm withdrawal

Hi,
I am ranjana dey. My sbi a/c no -[protected]. My account is showing that two atm withdrawal was done of rupees 3000each on 14th & 15th july. Whereas only one withdrawal have been done by me on 14th july. No withdrawal on 15th was done by me. I did not share my atm card & atm pin with anyone. I don't know how it is possible. Kindly look into this matter....

This mail is in regards to the transaction made on[protected] @ 6.59am of rs.1199, which was failed, but amount deducted from my credit card account. For this i even received an email stating for incomplete transaction from merchant side. Later, on same day i made another payment of rs.1199 @ 9.54am. It was successful.

loan showing in my account while i didn't applied

From last 2 years a crop loan is showing in my account but i didn't applied for it. It is reporting bad in cibil so my score is getting down. I requested many time to bank for removing that loan from my account and i gave a written complaint but there is no any work on that application.
Please remove that loan account from my name which does not belongs to me and repair my cibil score otherwise i will go to rbi lokpal or the court....

non-payment of pension since 7/10/2017

Pension payment authorization letter issued by cpao on 18/5/2018.
Ssa no. 1126896,
Po tracking no. Eq[protected]in shows this document is at sbi, virugambakkam, chennai since 26/6/2018. Kindly expedite the process and send the pension payment order along with details to the paying branch - 0003143, spic nagar, tuticorin so that i get my pension from august, 2018.
