Hi, i have done the recharge against my sundirect dth with phone number [protected] with 630 rupees for 3 months packs... But the validity hasnot extended...

High charging fee on service rendered

The local service provider is charging unusual rate for fixing just a minute problem and additional fee for coming home and checking the problem...He is not taking according to his remunerative...I think this problem is in almost areas...So provide them with actual amount to be charged and the public known about the actual fee...

Have done recharge my sundirect with Rs2059 through BHIM SBI pay they are saying that it is success with their end but sundirect still showing not recharged i contacted customer care also they are saying that to sent an email but it also not working...
