we clean the pump base many times once we clean it works for few hours and again gets clocked
symphony products we purchase earlier also we have never seen a worst product like symphony

Complaint for poor service

I purchased a cooler on 15th April 2010 and it was stopped cooling only after 3 days because Pump was not working. I called the Customer care, Area head and even main office of Symphony (Ahmadabad ) no body turned up and totaly unprofessional people all across in symphony. At least, I have made 100 calls.
