Hi,

I was using the Uber app wallet for the first time, the amount recharged was Rs.300/-. On this trip, I told the Driver, Ratanlal, that I intend to pay online as I have added cash in my Uber wallet. On reaching the destination I asked him to show the fare, he said that he had ended the trip and cannot show the fare on screen and I have to pay an amount of Rs.170/-. this driver has cheated me knowingly.

I have been forced to pay duplicate charges in Uber account for which even after so many messages in app, no proper response is recorded. Still charges are shown in my account due to which I am unable to book cab. They give lame reasons as to computer is not working. I will have to go to consumer court for the stress caused....

I have book the cab on 25th june 2021 from howrah station to kestopur. Appointed driver was md. tahir. On reaching the destination, the amount calculated was ₹379 and i have paid him by cash. The very next day in my app its showing that driver has claimed that amount ₹308 is outstanding for the same trip. This is completely wrong and the driver has done fraud to me....

I booked the ride of 139 rs in noida on 19 june 2021 but i was charged 182rs at the end of the trip although there was no traffic, no extra time was taken and there is no option to talk to customer care. legal action should be taken against you because this happens all the time, they book ride showing less amount and charge the double amount without any reason....

I was charged rs 40 extra on my ride from vikaspuri to pusa road.earlier also rs 20 extra charge was deducted twice.
Noone picks up and no response on email or phone from uber.
I am suffering in each and every ride

I have completed a ride on 14 th June 2021 around 6 pm. I have booked this ride by setting payment method as google pay. But the driver asked me to pay by cash as he forgot to bring some phone or something. I have done as asked and paid the amount Rs. 204.00 by cash. I had booked a trip till bangaluru airport on may 15. It was showing fair as rs 1153 but Uber driver forced me to pay 1700 outside uber system. He cancelled the trip by himself.

Hi,

I have booked uber today on 10-6-21 at 16:49 from BKC on hourly rental basis for 2 hours @ 145 per hour

It showed 288 rs for 2 hours ride upto 20 km ride

I ended ride at 18:40 completing 18 km route at kandivali shankar lane.

But while making payment it increased to 500

They have added 98 rs as convince fee and 96 rs as X1.6 surge fee without my knowledge besides...

I booked Uber bike on Saturday to go to Saltlake and payment mode was Digital. Driver asked me to pay cash and he said that you will refund from uber.
