STEERING LOCK

THE CAR WAS PURCHASED ON 26.04.2010 HAVING A WARRANTY PERIOD OF 2YRS. BUT FROM APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE THE STEERING STARTED GETTING LOCKED AUTOMATICALLY WHILE DRIVING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. I HAVE FACED THIS PROBLEM ALREADY 4 TIMES TILL DATE WHILE DRIVING. EVERY TIME I FACED THE PROBLEM THERE WAS AN ASSURANCE FROM THE SERVICING DEPARTMENT OF THE COMPANY AFTER THE REPAIRS THAT IT WOULD NOT OCCUR HENCEFORTH. BUT UNFORTUNATELY...

No Proper Service From Service Center

I had given my Vento (MH12HL2422) to Vidyut motors on 21 Jan 12 for servicing after i met up with an accident. They told that the damage will take 3 weeks to be repaired. After that i am continuously calling them for update but am not able to get any update from the Service center. I myself went to service center on 4 Feb 12 and found that no work has been started on the vehicle and is kept at the place where i left it with no work started...

after sales service under warranty product

I bought a POLO car on 19 JAN 2011 , on 9 dec 2012 car sent to bhopal for repair under insurance coverage for changing of OIL CHAMBER which got damaged in road pot hole , dealer informed me after 10 days by estimate no 617 dated 24.12.2011 about repair cost to be borne by me is RS 557383 ie higher then the cost of new engine and even highrer then the COST OF NEW CAR , isnt it should be called a scam dealer is playing with customers...

it is quite annoying for me to mark a complaint against a world renowned company but i have to as theirs been a lot of negligence i have observed in the last 20 days when i offered my complaint o the VW customer care. as it is not a issue related to the dealer i was marking all my mails to VW but unfortunately left with no answers from them till date.

Faulty horn/steering

wrong commitment and cheating

this complaint we given for poor service/ wrong commitment of your Chennai dealer ABRA Motors Pvt. Ltd.
We booked V W Polo on[protected] by paying Rs 50,000/- advance vide receipt no.6852. with the commitment vehical will be deliver for pooja on 24th oct (DHANTERAS) after getting full payment and delivery on 27th after fulfilling RTO formalities.
We paid 1,44.923/- on 22nd oct vide receipt no.7069 on promise...

volkswagen defective car sold by bangalore dealer unattended

I bought a brand VENTO DIESEL HIGHLINE delivered on 24th dec 2011 and found it to be a defective car with shivering and jerking felt on the left hand side on highway rides above 80 kms speed. we intimated the support team with great confidence but totally disappointed to hear irresponsible excuses like wheel balancing / alignment. how can the dealer / company say such reasons for a 2 day old car. Taken back for clearing the same again returned...

non receipt of breeze offer

i purchased a volkswage vento tdi model car from viraj motors kanpur on 23rd ocy2011 under the breeze offer run by the company during that period.till date i have not recd. the breeze kit installed in my car and for which i have been committed several things several times by the company people /dealer staff.
this is surprising that the worlds largest car manufacturer operates in this befooling manner.

poor response and defective system in new delivery car

I BOUGHT VENTO CAR ON 31ST DECEMBER 2011 AND TOOK DELIEVERY
ON 1ST JANUARY OF VENTO CAR DL10 CC 1147. DURING DELIEVERY
I FOUND ONE OF REAR RIGHT WINDOW WAS HAVING PROBLEM AND ALSO

Brakes Jammed while parked

reverse sensor

i bought a volkswagen jetta base model which doesnt have a reverse sensor.i planeed to fit a new one from outside but the company threatens that i will loose the warrenty if i fit it from outside.the rate of their reverse sensor is Rs 25000 when good quality sensors ar available outside for less than 10000rs.i decided not to fix a reverse sensor.do u think its right .i am planning to approach the customer retressel forum for this...

Worst ever service and 0 Customer satisfaction

My Car had met with an accident and it had been sent to the Service Centre to be repaired. The windscreen had broken down and the bonnet also had been hit. The Service Centre had the car for 3 weeks. The response from the Service Centre was very bad. The car delivery date had been postponed several times and finally when I receive the car, it was in a horrible state. The windscreen has not been fixed properly. I clearly do not understand...

not giving bill for first servicing of my car

I had done first servicing of my VW POLO Highline car, of Reg.No MH 04 EH 7423, on 22/10/2011 from work shop, Global Gallarie Motors Pvt. Ltd, VW THANE. On that day they told me that their billing system was not working so later they will send to me by post. but i have not yet received the bill, when i phoned to them they are not responding properly. what is the reason behind this ? and is this customer care ?

Bad servicing and malpractices

The Volkswagen Service Centre in Lucknow not only takes extra time and provides bad servicing, but I was also asked by the persons to pay bribe for speedy servicing and to avail the benefits of my car insurance. The staff was very uncooperative and persistent on taking additional money without providing me a receipt for the same. I faced many problems to get my car serviced which was well insured. Kindly bring this to the company's notice....
