Sir, i went to jigani parcel office on 25.12.2021, i was told to pay Rs.25 as hamali charges. after paying the amount, the manager told they will not put the material in my car. i have to pay extra un receipted tip to the labour sitting in the office. i asked why i have to pay extra charged i had already paid hamali charges, he replied it is for only unloading material from your vehicle.
with no option i loaded my material my car....

I have booke goods in vrl ahemdabad to vrl Visakhapatnam on 1st of December it's been 22 days my goods have not been delivered
I have regularly contacted the concerned authority in Visakhapatnam about the same
Those people are saying ki they cannot and will not deliver the goods and telling us to collect it from the transport

I sent a parcel to pollachi vrl office. Then after the delivery of the product to the vrl office they did not call the concern party via phone and let him know that the parcel has been arrived.

I had to trace it online and let my customer know that the parcel has been arrived. After my customer went there the person responsible for this behaved very rudely and badly.

I am supposed to get 7 bags of pebble stone from Jaipur. Last 2 days i even checked if i have received the shipment. However today (15th Dec 21) i received a call from Kiran, VRL Trichy saying that i have received the shipment. When i went in person i saw only 6 bags out of 7 bags. There are a lot of problems happening from Lucknow-kanpur hub, as material is not delivered in time, also last time one of the packets was sent to somewhere else out of the complete package.
Please make sure of their urgent delivery.
Following bilty out of 4 packages 3 were received and one missing

I expected parcel in one day and planned the work accordingly. But it went to random far away place and came 2 days later causing problems for me. The real issue is rude and arrogant reply of staff. I was not informed when the parcel arrived. I was not informed to bring I'd card xerox. The staff says he is available only between 10 to 5. I am a farmer and I need the parcel for agri work. This working hours caused...

Our parcel(total 3 parcels) from surat to vrl gajuwaka was booked for transport with vrl logistics, ID- [protected] on[protected] and it reach reached visakhapatnam on 8th. We only got 2 parcels delivered at gajuwaka vrl logistics hub on[protected] and one parcel is stucked in anandapuram branch and till now it is not moved from their and we are continuously call them to send our parcel to our nearest hub. Please looku after this....

Our material has been at delhi on 7 december but still at delhi tpt not forwarde3d ahed for haridwar and today is almost 5 days in delhi tpt why so slower deliver of my material. I have ordered clothes material from Surat mata ji Fasion on 02 dec 2021 and they booked the vrl transport on 02 dec and transport reached Visakhapatnam on 09 dec 21 on vrl branch that is 50 km away from my home outside the city and another vrl branch near my gazuaka branch so I called him transfer my material that branch but they are not responding and not picked my call...

Everytime when i put some parcel in vrl the buyer gets less products. And when i complain it to the branch they give excuse by saying there was wrong packing. This is the wrong concept to put all on supplier...
