I have purchased one Whirlpool 260 Ltr.(FUSION - New Royal Titanium 4S) from M/s. Sales India Ltd., Ashram Road, Ahmedabad on 23/7/2008 wide Invoice No. 21952, Chalan No. 11646 Dt. 23/7/2008.
My Customer ID is Ah/C/07*08/44203.
During the last eight month, I have lodge the complaint 4/5 times, regarding the working of indicators, different cooling levels & main door.
Their technician has repaired the indicator twice...

This was my worst expirence with any product and service I had purchased in my life.

I purchased new Whirlpool Washing Machine 650s(6.5 Kg) and i got Defective product from Whirlpool. It seems that Whirlpool has launched Defective Product in Market without Testing.

We purchased a double door in 2004 and took AMC in 2006 through Whirlpool authorised agent not only for the fridge but purchased a 7 year garuntee stablizer also. The fridge stopped functioning in April 20. 2009. The service engineers firstly cannot point out what is wrong immediately. WE had bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator(FF-350 ELITE) on 1ST JUNE 2004.Our refrigerator starts giving problem after 6 months of purchase.The problem is that cooling stops in lower refrigerator part and the food inside gets perished.

Once the refrigerator had also gone to the sevice centre but came back with same problem. The person who came to home as repair worker /engineer had also changed the parts...

I have been having a huge problem with the refrigerator I bought from Whirlpool since last two years. All my request for after sales services are delayed for months and need lot of time in chasing a series of people from Whirlpool. It is such a waste of time and energy. Almost every one at their customer care centre are liars and have least respect for their valued customers.

I have been trying to get service on a fridge within its warranty peroid, from November 2008. There have been many useless interactions with this company, Whirlpool - so anyone reading this, do avoid stepping into the Whirlpool that sucks you down down down!
I'm involving the consumer guidance society of india - let's see where that leads.

I have Whirlpool T-50 washing machine and I have its 2 years AMC also. I had registered my complaint on 19th Feb. Almost 2 months now but still the machine is not repaired. After receving the Letter from Bajaj Finance about The Loan Clearence a sum of Rs 1030.00 has been deducted from my account. I have recieved the letter on 31/01/2009 and amount has been deducted on 05/02/2009. I do have approached the Incharge person of this in Bangalore and they promised that my money will be resubmited by 1 month but its already more than a month.
