Placed an order in kanti sweets an amount of rs.405. Order no in zomato is [protected]. Payment was made through online net banking hdfc and payment reference no is[protected]. While making the payment amount was deducted from my account, but in zomato app it was showing payment incomplete. Immediately i did chatting with zomato customer executive, they told it was mistake in payment gateway and amount will get refunded. Still now the amount is not credited. I want a proper answer when i will get my amount back. Food was not delivered.

    On 20 feb 2018, order 8 subways and 3 cokes on zomato, received called from subway yerwada saying we are out of cokes and hence can deliver ice tea instead of coke. When food was delieverd, dint get the bill, upon calling them and asking what about the bill, they said because bill is mismatched because of ordering coke on zomato and getting ice tea on delivery.
    How to get the billl now?

      The customer service people at zomato are of the view they don't owe anything for a delayed delivery by their partner restaurant even if the restaurant promises an on time delivery or cashback.
      The partner restaurant offered a 45min delivery timeline and we ordered from there because we needed food on time. The order was delivered more than an hour later and then the zomato customer support instead of helping me get the delayed delivery compensation told me that they will share the feedback with the restaurant and no compensation is possible also there is no timeline that when will the restaurant respond. Such is their customer service

        Placed an order via order id#[protected].
        The app adverised the dish - macher matha diye dal as vegetarian. Ordered this for a vegetarian friend who consumed it to realise that it was non vegetarian.
        Called the restaurant, who said that the dish had always been non vegetarian and it was zomato's fault to advertise it as vegetarian.
        The entire episode ended up hurting the religious sentiments of my friend.
        To add, their chat team and customer services are pathetic..

          Order no 2144889 i know it's really akward but this order never got delivered. This order was placed in the initial days when zomato delivery just started and the chat facility or any other medium of complaint was not available. The restaurant literally denied delivery and my money was not refunded. Could not complain earlier as was not aware if this medium.

            Hi my order no :[protected] is delivered late than the time given by zomato due to which i have to suffer & i have contacted the customer care for refund but no help. Kindly take necessary action & refund my amount. When i contact support they give reply system not allowing to initiate refund & dont giving good

              Yesterday night at 08:15 pm i have placed an order with punjabi tandoor. Until 11:15 pm food was not delivered, mean while i was tracking the order through the zomato support and most of the cases it was auto answering same chat over and over again.

              11:15 pm it was showing food has been delivered but i didint got any food. I was not well yesterday thats why i ordered through zomato order. But the humiliation i gone through is unacceptable.

              I want the escalation about everything!!!,

              1) i need my whole refund.
              2) second i want escalation against restaurant and zomato food delivery service.
              3) i want explanation about the whole crapy auto asnwer system of zomato chat.

              Till then i will report through every social media sources about this fiasco.
              I hope you guys will take it seriously because i think you guys will know how much can be done through social media in this age.

              Pizza hut order, it got delayed and due to which cheese burt pizza turns out to be pan pizza, wastage of money.
              This has been nth time i am complaining about zomato, they just take feedback say sorry and do nothing. Kindly do something or take an action

                The worst worst worst service of yours made my day the worst.. Ordered food through the waste app.. Order confirmed.. Waited for 11/2 hrs and later order got cancelled. Waited upto 4pm, staying hungry. Later i was told that order got cancelled due to lack of delivery boys with you. Then why the hell do you open a shop to cheat people. And the valentines day got ruined due to this good for nothing service of yours. And my money gone. Said it will be refunded within 7 days. And on the 8th day i will be drafting a case at the consumer complaint cell of the government and the whole issue will be escalated to the public. Nobody must be deceived and ruined like this. We also have value for our time and all.

                  I placed an order on zomato on feb 10 and the order was later cancelled because one of the items was missing. I was told the money would be refunded by the vendor (Faasos) but it didn't happen. Instead zomato app showed the order was delivered and it wasn't till i called zomato that they even realised that they order was even cancelled. I had previously called faasos twice and they said they would cancel the order but they didn't.in fact, they didnt eveb inform zomato about it. Horrible experience and complete intention to defruad the customer. The obliviousness of zomato is appalling and really shameful.

                    It's been a while since i last ate from real food mall located in potheri, chennai so i thought i'd order from there but their shawarma was utterly terrible with too much cabbage and less meat. I instructed then to make it spicy yet it tasted soo bland without any sort of flavoring. On the otherhand the chicken biryani was over dosed with a tomatoish flavor making it feel like i was eating rice with tomato curry rather than a biryani. I fell scammed here and i'm extremely disappointed at the level of level zomato issued when i brought it to their notice. I want my refund of the order or replacement of food.                       I ordered food from narayan singh circle subway outlet in jaipur through zomato 09.02.2018 afternoon. I payed 292rs by paytm. It was a prepaid order and after waiting for one hour when i received my order, it was only 1 sub received instead of my 2 subs and an ice tea (Order id [protected]). The delivery boy denied the order and rudely said that he received order for only one sub. Thereafter, when i raised my voice and threatened to complain then he said he would bring the order in next half hour.

                        I ordered food worth rupees 601 rupees from apni rasoi. Being a zomato treats member I didn't get the complimentary dessert as promised. Called the restaurant and they said they haven't received any such order, called the delivery person, he denied as well. Tried contacting zomato as well, but there customer care number doesn't work and zomato chat always show loading even when I'm on a good WiFi connection.

                          Hello,
                          I applied a friends promo code for the Zomato gold membership and I guess when I went to pay with Paytm it took me to a link account page and removed the promo code. I contacted zomato less than 5 minutes after payment and they are neither willing to apply it or cancel the membership so I can redo this.

                          The code was applied and accepted, it was the app that reset it during payment.
                          It is not a matter of the money or the extra time it is about customer service not being helpful or a company not able to offer a solution to a simple problem and concern immediately raised.

                          The promo code is RITW3698 and without this person reaching out I would not have even bothered to subscribe.

                          Please help me correct this small matter. I will be following up and escalating the matter where possible to ensure that this glitch in the app or rigid non-refund no change policy is not just a way to cheat customers out of a promotion you offered. Even big ticket items like flights and hotels work with you on accidental bookings or issues if approached immediately.

                          This seems deliberately unhelpful.

                          The matter was escalated in zomato and they responded within the same day and applied the promotion as well as called me to discuss the App glitch. Great attention to detail and service. Much better than chat team.

                            I ordered two pizza through (Zomato app) from pizza park (A square, sector 73, near sector 72, noida. I ordered pizza around 12:57 pm the delivery time was around 1:57 pm. I got the pizza around 3:00 pm. Zomato executive where very rude to me. And your location system is worst ever, and the restaurant people didn't even care about it. And the food was not hot and the pizza was soggy.

                            I placed an order at Enoki on 27th January 2018, at around 10:00. My order was for 876 rupees. I paid using a debit card. My money got deducted but the order was not placed. I demand a refund immediately. You will find email confirmation attached below.

                              I had a harrowing experience with zomato recently. I ordered food from 5 spice restaurant in kandivali east through the zomato app. Unfortunately, i paid the money through credit card assuming everything to be alright. After placing the order, i was notified that the food would arrive in an hour's time. However, after an hour when i checked with zomato, they mentioned that the order would take half n hour more to deliver. Therefore, i asked them to cancel the order; my guests and kids were too hungry to wait for any more time now. So we decided to cook some instant food available. Of nowhere, the delivery boy knocked my door and handed over the food. I had no choice but to accept the order; didn't wish to make a fuss in front of my guests. I raised a complaint with zomato for a refund and unbelievably they denied it. I am taking this issue to consumer court and would raise awareness on social media as well.

                                  I bought a one plus 5t in december with a one year free subscription for zomato gold and had my location as hyderabad. Zomato gold wasn't available back then. When it did become available i was asked to pay for it. If you ask zomato they give you bull # replies saying location was ncr blah blah all that rubbish stuff and think about themselves as cool professionals. They think that customers are fools and they can play around with them.

                                    We have ordered food from the restaurant 'tandoor nawabi', last night. The food was not only ill tasted, but decomposed, rotten. We started feeling sick, soon after we swallowed the food. It was followed by a prolonged stomach disorder, all over the night.
                                    We want you to be aware of these sub standerd food joints, who are taking the oppertunity of connecting a large sec of people through you. If you do not cancell their snlistment in your esteemed site... I am afraid, you may face legal & social hastles. So please do the needful.
                                    We recently placed orders for 2 burgers (beef & pork) from Plan B solely relying on their ratings on your site, but once we consumed the food we had to endure diarrhea for 2 days. Please ensure to issue them a warning over the quality of the food that they serve to customers. It is truly poor ethics to subject us to sub standard food which results in stomach ailments, considering the fact that we are paying quite a substantial amount to procure these orders. Kindly do the needful of issuing this restaurant a warning so that this incodent does not repeat henceforth. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in the afore mentioned matter.

                                      On 1st jan i placed an order through zomato for lunch... After an hour i get a message no delivery agents available hence cancelling your order... I tried again in the night same thing waited for an hour and then they cancel... Disappointing service..!.. If they dont have delivery agents they should have informed the very first instance itself... You make people wait untill lunch time or dinner time is over to release u are not equipped to handle the order... What is worse is their executives who are supposed to help us are not even apologetic... Banu and ashish... Ashish went as far to lie... Both these agents were least bothered... Horrible service... Zomato should close down their business or hire representatives who understand customer service... They have also refused to grant a refund for food i havent received
                                      I ordered food via zomato website..its been 2 days i didnot get the food or money..pls help no one is helping and you guys are even not reachinh out.
