Threatening msgs and calls from employees of al grissino dubai

I happened to visit al grissino in DIFC dubai, on 14th Feb 2017 as part of valentines plan as a employee who is their marketing manager invited me there. Subsequent to that I came back and edited my review on zomato and also didn't like the place and shared it on my Facebook. Which I took off from Facebook later. Food that never came

Zomato cancelled the order

I made an order .. through zomato .. it was showing me that zomato deal with bangla sweets in kirti nagar, delhi ... but at the end my order gets cancelled and now zomato is saying that the money would be refunded withing 5-7 days ..

Delayed Order

I ordered from Zomat for an online delivery 2 hours prior and i didn't receive the order even after scheduled delivery time is passed (more than 50 mins ago). Refund not received from Zomato

Money not refunded

I ordered food through Zomato app in my mobile on 19.02.17. The amount was 304. Due to some reason they refunded my money back. 196 was credited to my zomato wallet and Rs 108 was refunded to my bank account. But I have not received the money till today 7.03.17. I am continuously asking them about the money, but they are telling that they have paid the money back to my bank. But bank records are not showing any transaction with that reference...

Received wrong order and not got refund

Order was confirmed but later cancelled

I had ordered food from a hotel called Fattoush in Bangalore. They confirmed the order and I got an SMS saying it will be delivered in an hours time. After 1.5 hrs when I called Zomato they said the delivery guy had left the hotel 15 mins back and will deliver my food in 5 minutes. After 30 mins I again called Zomato and then they said my order got cancelled because the hotel can deliver to my location.

Worst customer service

Cheating by huge increase in price from actuals price by restaurant

This app is increasing price of food by huge margin and cheating customer by discounts which is still very less. The quantity of food is also less. I faced an issue while ordering tandoori chicken took 140 rupees and only 2 pieces. When I asked restaurant they said their actual price is 80 rupees. You have to contact zomato only. What is this??? I paid delivery charges 30 rupees extra. Are they looting peoples money??

My Order for food on Zomato kept me hungry

I ordered food on Zomato website on 4th Jan 2017 around 7:30 PM. I paid online via netbanking and order confirmation said I will receive my food by 8:22 PM..

After waiting till 8:45 PM, I called restaurant. They told me that Zomato delivery person has not showed up so my order has not left the restaurant yet. He also mentioned that Zomato is doing this on a regular basis which is ruining relation and business of that restaurant....

They have deducted my money but have not placed my order.

Zomato is kind of a payment gateway where you can order food and pay for it online.These guys have deducted money from my account on four occasions for an order and not placed order to the restaurant.

Online order cheating guys - never order

I oredered twice food through online ordering. Received confirmation from bank, zomato.

On its way also message received.

When i called the hotel, they said that they do not receive the order.

You cannot contact by phone or online or chat. Only way to contact them is email

On 4 dec 2016 ordered food at 12:37 pm. Bank deducted the amount. Zomato confirmed that they received the order....

No order delivery even after the previous payment

It is such a shame that even after doing the prepayment for the order, the order is not delivered. i received no communication from zomato ant it. i had to call the restaurant for my order status after 1.5 hours of placing the order. the restaurant tells me that they missed the order n now cannot deliver it.
It is a time when i cannot pay cod as i has no cash of "100" n "50"...
I called zomato cd n they just kept call on hold...
