I ordered 1 white sauce pasta, 1 honey chilli potato and 1 coke from chandigarh flavours.
First of all the order took very late.
And when the order was delivered we asked for the coke to the delivery boy named kailash he said that the concerned restaurant person has not given and when we talked to the concerned person he said he gave every thing written in the order.
He asked us to give the phone to the delivery boy.
In the mid night outside our gate the boy started shouting at the restaurant owner, showing that it was whole mistake of the owner.
We asked him to leave.
We want you take some actions against such delivery boys who are careless.

I visited Towli Chowki "Shah Ghouse Restaurant" on 7th August 2018 one of the Zomato Delievery boy was standing in a indiscipline way, I request him to stand properly in the parking but he starts fighting and arguing with me. He is not a man but definitely he is a "pig" . And his scooter registration number is AP10S 3644. Beware, of this Pig.

    Zomato noe provide gud cuatomer and restaurant services in compare to swiggy, many times facing negative response from delivery partber end or else restayrant side. While taken zomato support always saying sorry but no chance of resolve my query. After getting gold membership vsited gold partner restaurant but restaurant denied for claim gold benefits same time in such scenario i contact with one of the executive again in revert saying sorry for convinience. No one can help in such case only sorry and future help was heared from all past zomato executive. There is no senior or nodal officer support no provided by them.

    I have ordered Domino's in Zomato and it was delivered 1¹/²hr late what can I do I didnt asked any refund but they blocked me

    The bloody [censored]er, born pizza called thatfresh pizza with delicious taste. I ordered on zomato and they gave worst pizza and when i complain for that then the lazy owner abusing on call and said do whatever do you want to for pizza. And charge for 220.

    I have faced the issue in 6 oders.

    Zomato using polothin bags in Chandigarh.
    In Chandigarh polothin bags are ban.

    I am Rashna F Chhoi, I have paid by ICICI bank for my zomato membership where as its been charged twice amounted to INR 1343.20. Requesting you to please refund the money back in our card.
    Zomato deducted Rs.252 from my paytm account which was linked to my zomato account without my prior permission.
    Picture attached along with the trasaction id.

    The service is really really worst. No time sense. No sensible people. No proper knowledge in handling customer. Worst delivery people. No offers . Not maintaining quality.

      I have ordered kaju masala and roti from "test is best" restau. But what i am getting bad smell food with worst taste. Ordered wheat roti got stick maida roti
      Order kaju tomato - got smell bad coming from gravy, even animal will not eat this sabji.
      Wow what food delievry chain you are, even your customer chat guy is not able to resolve the problem.

        1. I placed an order an the below items
        Beef biriyani
        3×chapati
        1×poratta
        1×chicken curry
        Cost was 300
        2. Have a screenshot for the same
        3. Zomato placed the order for special beef biriyani - which was my previous order costing 155
        4. Zomato support adjusted the same with hotel and asked me to pay 312 rs in cash more for the same order
        5. Plus i made a new order for the same via zomato costing me rs 170 more.

        Need a resolution for the same in 48 hrs.

          Hi team,

          This is regarding today online food delivery. I have ordered food from zomato for 2nd time and the restarant was showing under my location and when my order was packed delivery person (Rahul kumar) connected me to know the location he was new for my location and does not know the whole area. So i connected to chat support and ask them to connect to executive my location but they cancelled the order saying that location is far for 15-20 kms but i checked on google maps it's showing only 9 kms away. I have not received the order because of that pathetic reason. I felt bad infront of my guests that i have not received the order. If location is so far then they should let me know first after n hour they cancelled the order because executive does not know the location. I want apology letter because as a customer i have the right to ask and they should improve their delivery experience. Attached screenshots for your reference

            Ordered food from zomato, it took 40min and when i started chatting with the customer support which is highly ignorant and cancelled my order. Then i called the driver he told it was cancelled from their side. As per driver the app isn't functioning well.
            Then i ordered again, the same thing, exactly same thing happened, they cancelled. It's been 2 hours playing around with zomato. There isn't customer care to contact, order address the greviences or whatever. Another money making thing, who cares about customer is it??
            Anyways it's a worst experience ever ordering food online.

                rude behaviour of delivery boy

                I have ordered pizza from amiko's pizza restaurant in gtb nagar... The delivery boy named abhishek mishra who came for the order delivery doesn't have change of 500 and he behaved really rudely... I think they must carry atleast change of 500 and must be polite with the customer... He then cancelled the order... I think they should learn how to behave to a customer... And please give them instructions before alloting them for jobs...

                There is an order on the date to 29 july 2018... Due to some reasoned that zomato take 2 time cash cut from my account for the same order on the same time... I have loged the compliant more than 5 time but there is no reply... On support chat there we will refund yiu in 48 hr..in working days... So where is my cash zomato...

                I ordered for food through zomato. It priced Rs. 500 . I submitted the debitcard payment details and clicked for place order. I selected the otp option. Otp was sent to my mobile.I enterrd the otp but the order was not placed and cash was debited from my account.
                I again clicked for otp and order was placed. But again cash of Rs. 500 was debited from my account. If you could please look into this. Thank you.

                  I ordered food on 1/08/2018 on zomato from my sbi debit card after I completed my card details amount is deducted from my account but order is not placed.once the money is debited it says ur money is debited and your is order is not placed and it shows your money will be credited in 7 days but till now I didn't receive my money.so please refund my money.

                    I ordered food from Zomato and they never delivered the food. Neither called me before doing delivery. After waiting for 3 hrs the status showed delivered.. I contacted them and they said it's been delivered. I never received the food. And their customer service said they won't refund my money back. I want my money back. Such a mental trauma I been through y-day. These people are fraud. Please never order from Zomato.
                    Swiggy is far better.

                      I ordered food from zomato on 09/08/2018 from vendor (pradeep pav bhaji) my order had to come at 8;50 pm. A zomato velvet assigned to deliver my order at my place. He reached at my place at 8;45 pm and called me twice but i was unable to receive the call and call back him on his number. he argues with me upon call and shouted on me why you dont receive my call and said he is taking back my order but i insist him to my order back and when i received order at my place he again shouted on me said why dont you pick my call in one time i said you just only had to wait 4-5 min why are being so aggressive upon this and then i had some argues with him during our argues he came near to me for fighting with me and abused me in public and said do anything no one dare to touch me not even zomato. from chat support i complaint about him . I received reply from executive that im the one who abuse him first i asked them to take an immediate action upon him but didn't receive satisfying replies.

                        I had ordered my dinner worth 616 rupees today and despite of waiting 2 hours the order wasn't delivered. After contacting the customer service of zomato, they inform me that the order will be delivered in another 10 minutes since the past one hour. When i ask them for refund when they are clearly at fault they offer me 154 zomato credits as a token of apology which i strongly refused and asked for full refund. They simply denied and said it was not in their policy to refund. I am so disappointed. Such frauds and cheaters. I am so pissed.

                          I had ordered food from your app and have been doing it since long. On three occasions my food has either come wrong or it has been stale or it is too spicy... Even after writing about all this this is the section which states write about food and instructions to be passed to restaurant still my food was messed up. Today also even after writing that food should not have green or red chilli still so much was put that i couldn't take second bite... Had to rush and have two glasses water n sugar... What the hell is your team doing when such message was not communicated to the vendor... Why are you guys there... Your agent says we don't have control on quality of food then black list the restaurant and put fine... What action was taken on my query is simply nothing... I hope someone can read this and take action... Otherwise bull #...

                                I ordered through zomato from a restaurant. They forgot to deliver coke. On support chat, zomato's team added the coke amount to my credits saying it was a token of apology. They said they'd replace the item also but i said no to the replacement. They acknowledged it. After 20 minutes, the same delivery guy comes, at 2am, and spam calls/harasses me. He sent 15 missed calls and kept calling me to step out of my home, walk out of my apartment, at 2am, and collect the coke. I told the same delivery guy when he delivered my order that i didn't want the coke. Despite me telling him, and the zomato team not doing their job, he shows up and harasses me.

                                The delivery boy was so ruthless. He did not delver at my home. My brother went to pick the prder on main road and he started shouting about the location on the road even when my location was correct. My brother got into fight then. And then he tried to catch him but he ran away. When we called him he was arguing with my father also.
                                It's has been day I have been looking for my cash ... everytime I ordered the money is gone from my account but didn't received any orders ... this happens to me 2 or 3 times

                                  Paid ~400 rupees for an order. Zomato took amount from my account immediately on 1620 on 6th august 2018. When customer service is contacted, they offer no resolution despite the fact that fault is completely on their end, instead talk about "rbi regulations" instead of doing something about the fact that they've already taken money from me but don't intend to provide the service which they payment was for. Money has been transferred from my account to theirs but they will not do anything about this - simply telling me to wait 5-7 days and "refund will surely be sent". This company doesn't appear to know what taking responsibility for failures on their end means - failures which i have nothing to do with. Lousy service.

I paid ₹ 145 online and the money was deducted but then the order got cancelled and i didnt get any refund .                                     I've ordered from box 8 @ marathali. This order was all burnt and bad. I asked zomato for a replacement, they contacted the restaurant and the restaurant confirmed there was nothing wrong in the order. I mean why will the restaurant say they gave bad food? I asked them for a replacement they refused so i asked them to atleast have some courtesy and trust towards your customers and please come and see the order that i was talking about. But they refused that too. They were like sorry, next time no problems. Wow. It's such a simple game they play with customers guys. I tell you let's quit zomato and switch to swiggy and foodpanda, atleast they have a responsible and strong customer service agents unlike zomato where the agents get sooooo rude at times.

                                    My name is Gaurav, I am from vadodara I ordered food on zomato in restaurant money is deducted from my account when I call restaurant they said we don't get any message of your order and also said that your money is return in7 dys but still I can not get it..

                                    I ordered a pizza hut meal from zomato worth Rs562on 21.7.2018 from my debit card, the order got cancelled and i got a message from zomato that the money will soon be refunded within a week it's been over a week now but the money has not been refunded till date..!
                                    Expecting a quick action over this.

                                      I ordered food from hotel via zomato but the food was not delivered, then i personally had to go there to collect the food after waiting for almost two hours. They charged ​the delivery fees​ also. After reaching the hotel i came to know that my order was not even placed, so again i had to wait for half an hour there. After all this shameless zomato is saying that they can't refund me anything. And really stupid people at the chat service also.
