I selected paytm as payment option and tried paying but couldn't place the order. The amount was deducted from paytm but no order was placed on zomato.
It shows at paytm that I've paid to zomato but it doesn't show in zomato. Rs 190 was deducted from my paytm account and the order wasn't placed at the zomato application.
Kindly look into the matter.

    Hello,
    I ordered pizza from mojo pizza. Order no was -[protected]. My order date[protected]:01:07
    Mojo pizza - doubly loaded. My money debited form the account and order was showing as getting prepared for almost an hour so i called mojo on ‭[protected]‬ and asked them about order that time they told me that we don't provide service at your location and we have informed zomato regarding this. So can you tell me if they don't provide service at location then why they confirmed my order and why i you guys didn't refunded my money if you didn't delivered the order?? I had very bad experience with zomato. Not expected.

      This is to inform you that i azam khan from bhopal is a runner partner in your organization and i got an order from. Zomato of merchant partner sharma chinese tt nagar branch in platinum plaza bhopal, i delivered the in mendoza arera of bhopal and came to this restaurant but this disgusting restaurant people have not provided me the otp saying that am not in proper dress, they were abusive and rude to me but i asked them to call to customer care. But we no evidence and proof my id 93787 is blocked. I want my money 1000/- back and want leave this insulting job where runner has no point to speak or say and straight his id is blocked. I will take this matter to the court

      My i'd is blocked fe 93787, azam mohammed khan bhopal, can i ask why. Merchant complaint against me. Allow me to give excuse also. If you do not reply me through mail or calling no.         Ordered from domino's through this app. Payment was done. After 5 min got a call from domino's that they don't deliver pizza in my outlet and have cancelled my order. And they also said that the money was not with them as i ordered from zomato application. Now zomato says they don't handle dominos queries and always tells they will contact within 3 days which they didn't. Everytime they put it the blame in dominos. Ordered on 5th september and order number [protected]

        Hi that the same happened to me...I ordered dominoz pizza by Zomato paid online and after 30 min I got call from dominoz they told me they can not deliver to my address like happen same with you and when I asked for money back they told me you have not paid to us by the way your order is cash on delivery this is what dominoz mentioned to me and when I initiated the chat with Zomato they told me I have not made any payment to them they entirely lied even though I was having my online prove of transaction due to my tight schedule I ignored this. Because Zomato did not helped me ..so after 3 days I approached to my neighborhood frnd..he is working in Zomato I shared my concern and my number ...later on he called me and told me yup I checked for your order you paid but did not recieved pizza...then he placed a refund from his side I got my money back ..but here the point is why Zomato denied it for dominoz for giving support ...why do dominoz denied me and told me it was cash on delivery and later on over the chat zomoato it self denied that I made an payment to them. ..why ? Why ? ...all this makes me frustrated and I considered my self as an fool by using Zomato ...my registered no is [protected]

          I place one order on 7-SEP-2018 from zomato a pizza from MOJO PIZZA and cost was 200 RS which was online payment the amount has been deducted from my account.So after half an hour MOJO pizza said that we could not deliver the order to your location so can cancel the order.i cancel the order. Zomato called me and i said them order has been canceled please refund my amount they said ok and its still not refunded.so its my request refund my amount as soon as possible.and order no is [protected]

            I ordered three pineapple pastries on 5th september on d occasion of teacher's day.
            It cost 35*3=105 + 20rs. Delivery charges.

            . Rs. 135 is debited from my account at that time. But my order is not placed till now.
            I ordered online from ever green pastry (Pastry and cake shop located in mayur vihar, delhi) through zomato.

            But my order is not placed. I called zomato customer care number and on other numbers but no phone is available.

            Now it's 7th september 18... Please return my money back as early as possible
            It was my first experience with zomato and it was very bad...

              Pathetic food delivery app.. They are useless.. Long waiting time... They don’t refund the money paid through netbanking.. They give you zomato credit.. Forcing the consumer to again place order through app only.. I ordered food from nazir.. The restaurant did not have an item from the list but they still accepted the order. Then they call us to get it canceled from zomato. Zomato instead of giving us refund gave zomato credits and refused to give refund. The food was delivered late.. Never use this app

                  Today i ordered 4 burgers and 3 other items from New burger bits hotel. Paid bill online of 410. I received only 1 burger. I called the zomato delivery guy and he said its the mistake of hotel owner. I called the hotel, they said its the mistake of zomato.
                  Called all customer care numbers, to no avail.
                  Feel dejected. Please call me for more details. [protected]

                  I had the same experience. One of my food item was missing. They don't agree to cancel/return that order. How can someone consume incomplete order.
                  I have ordered 30 mini Chicken Biryanis from a restaurant but I have received only 5.

                    Zomato is the most corrupt Internet based business in India. I ordered cake from a restaurant called Sweet Truth in Porur. The restaurant informed me that they can't deliver. I contacted Zomato, they asked for the restaurants phone number and never really helped with the order or processed refund. This is fraud. The customer support is only chat based and the response is very limited.

                      I have order burger and briyani and twice the payment got failure also money got deducted, i was ordering from guest not through my login, but i can give you screenshot of the payment detail i received from my bank account. I tried all customer care number but no luck i need my money back (140+168), even tried sent mail to customer care for call back but response so far. Shared you the screenshot of message i received from my bank and mail for call back.

                      Later i made my order through swiggy.

                          Order was placed to mc'dnolds via zomata on 03.07.2018 for rs.304/- which was failed due to some venue problem. However amount was deducted from my account. It was brought to my notice that amount would be credited to my account immediately, and then after said within a day or two. After inquiry i. E. After two days it was informed that i had to fill a charge back form to get my money back. It is surprised to note that till date amount has not been credited to my account mc'dnolds is denying that the amount is not lying at their end. Therefore you are requested to look into the matter whether the amount rs.304/- is pending at your end from 03.07.2018. Kindly revert the amount at the earliest, otherwise i would have to complaint to ombudsman/consumer court.

                          I made payment using paytm. Transaction id [protected]. Zomato says they never received order. They response from customer service was even worse. I have never seen this kind of slack attitude from any Internet based company before. This is run like a roadside pawn shop.

                              I'm not using zomato from last month due to some problem, but yesterday night Zomato deducted from my Paytm wallet ₹611.3, I'm not giving any order on Zomato or Paytm how it will be deducted, please solve my issue and refund the amount it big amount to me.

                                On 3rd september, i tried ordering from zomato and paid through net banking. However, faced repeatative gateway error at zomato's end and consequently twice the amount was deduction from my bank but the order was not placed and completed. Though it displayed a message that the refund will be initiated immediately but till now no action has been initiated from their end. I have already verified with my bank. Even their customer care numbers are not proper. Most of the numbers given in the website are wrong numbers

                                  Abhiruchi hotel which is located house number 115..30th main.. Behind kempunara bustop.. Btm 2nd stage. As started the restaurant recently and thy are cheating people and zomato people by creating fake restaurant on the same address and same cusine.. That an the name of andhra bonanam, omg biriyani, night biriyani.. From this type of restaurants we are loosing confidence and loosing trust on zomato. Pity in zomato. From now we are not a part of zomato. Gud bye

                                    I have ordered on 03/09/2018 at 12 am i supposed to get this at 1 an but i was waiting till 2:30 am but my order was not delivered. When i was trying to call the vendor they gave me not satisfactory reason also i was trying to reach on zomato but no luck. I was being harassed by zomato till last night i had to slept hungry in that night. I am very frustrated from the zomato service. I want claim for that harassment.

                                        I have order my food from zomato at around 1:53 pm and the expected delivery was 2:45pm. After several minute it showed me that order is out for delivery. around 3 o 'clock i contacted zomato for an update on my order to which they said it is out for delivery. After waiting for 20 more minutes i got a response from zomato that i was credited with 57 credit point which are used for getting an Rs 57 on next order. Its been 4:00 Pm and still i didnt received my order and zomato ended the whole case by just saying that the restaurant is not answering our call so we cant provide you with the service. And now at 4:15 PM they(zomato) placed another order on my behalf to which they are saying it will take 1 more hour to reach till my place. So that's 3 hrs of delay and no proper support.
