The price breakup for the order number [protected] is being underattached. The price was 730rs mentioned wherein the rider from zomato asked for rs.770 when i complained this issue in online chat of zomato the rider said to have taken rs.756 now the online chat people neither working on this issue nor they are giving me next level escalation details....

The food delivered to me didn't have any cutlery moreover the food was soggy. I notified zomato right away about the food i was being delivered and they gave me a response right away along with a refund of my money. unethical behavior by zomato

I would like to pay attention for this serious concern about the services by zomato.

Yesterday (8th sept 2018) i ordered pizza from dominos by using zomato app and the order cancelled by dominos due to location constraint.

I follow up with the zomato team by chat option in the app during the delivery period as in app it was showing delivery in route.

amount deducted from paytm

I selected paytm as payment option and tried paying but couldn't place the order. The amount was deducted from paytm but no order was placed on zomato.
It shows at paytm that I've paid to zomato but it doesn't show in zomato. Rs 190 was deducted from my paytm account and the order wasn't placed at the zomato application.
Kindly look into the matter....

Ordered from domino's through this app. Payment was done. After 5 min got a call from domino's that they don't deliver pizza in my outlet and have cancelled my order. And they also said that the money was not with them as i ordered from zomato application. pathetic food delivery site

Pathetic food delivery app.. They are useless.. Long waiting time... They don’t refund the money paid through netbanking.. They give you zomato credit.. Forcing the consumer to again place order through app only.. I ordered food from nazir.. The restaurant did not have an item from the list but they still accepted the order. food items missing from my order

Zomato is the most corrupt Internet based business in India. I ordered cake from a restaurant called Sweet Truth in Porur. The restaurant informed me that they can't deliver. I contacted Zomato, they asked for the restaurants phone number and never really helped with the order or processed refund. This is fraud. The customer support is only chat based and the response is very limited....
