kolkata sim not working while in roaming in pune

My airtel sim is of kolkata circle. It shows no network signal when i am in pune. Although customer care and airtel stores assure sim is ok and sim slot is ok, there is no network signal while roaming in pune. Restarting the phone or searching the network does not help. My no. Please solve it asap as the no. Is vital to me...

the airtel customer relationship center refused to link my number with aadhar

I had approached airtel relationship center rajbagh srinagar j&k twice on 19th august at 11 am and today on 5:30 pm for linking my aadhar no. With my airtel mobile no. But the official on the desk refused to link the same and asked me to go a private vendor sitting opposite to their office. I am left with no option then to go to the consumer court....

349 unlimited calls n data pack not giving data

On 22nd aug i checked my offers for data plans and then only recharged with the 349 plan.
Under this plan we get unlimited calls and 1gb 3g/4g data per day for 28 days, that is 28gb for 28days. This plan is still available in my offers.
I had used this plan previously also and was working good. But this time i got data for only first few days, after that it is showing 0mb data every day. Although calls are still free, i am not...

excess billing and wrong bill for past 6 months

Complaint lodged on 16/07/2017 with reference number [protected] and same is not yet resolved, but airtel is smartly closed the complaint without contacting me..!! Then again one more complaint raised on 16-aug-17 with the reference number 78660802. Astonishingly, no one in airtel customer care service tries either to understand the exact issue or to solve the issue.! I am fed up with follow up and planning to switch to other service provider....
