Order not delivered

I have ordered two dresses from AJIO order ID [FL[protected]] one dress is delivered while the other one is not delivered( floral print tiered dress) but got the mail dress is delivered. I have mailed them regarding this but no response is received. AJIO either should get my order delivered or refund my money....

Delivery

I have not received my packet yet on 12th October 2021 with AWB no [protected] the courier partner inform me on 7th October 2021 your item is out for delivery, after that they are r return my order without any contact with me after 5 day.

I also have place a complaint to you AJIO (my ecommerce partner) but they also so do not take any action against ecom express courier.

So I have a request to everyone please...

Refund

They are not initiating the refund for the returned product. They delivered even after I cancelled the order and I had to return it back. It's taking forever for the refund. Please help me get my money back....

Order not received

I had ordered for a pair of shoes and a wrist watch under order no.FL[protected]. Received the shoes but watch was not delivered. I am fed up following up with Ajio. There is no revert from them.

Please cancel and refund the amount towards watch....

Mismatch of ean number,pickup not done ,money2280 rs not refunded yet.

I ordered size 42 ...and got 44 delivered, also the color and quality varied. I immediately did return the product on app(product I got yesterday evening n then itself I opted for return option)...today the delivery boy wasn't ready to accept it saying that code isn't matching...and then after I insisted he took back the parcel...till now neither the update regarding the parcel has come...this is the worst experience n for the first time...

Refund not initiated

I have returned product on sep 4th and didnt get the refund till now.
Customer care services providers are disconnecting the call by saying mixed reasons at different times and same with the managers.

Problem with the app

Order status not bejng updated as delivered even after the product delivery on 30 th september. Order id #FL[protected]. Because of which iam unable to return the order. Even after multiple complaints, they are closing the complaint without resolving the complaint. Worse customer care...

Refund not received

I returned my order of a crocs on 5th oct 2021 with all tags and labels. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. Return and refund issue

Extremely poor customer care services. No replies or responses to mails. I received a wrong product and requested a return. It\'s been more than a week but No proper return process has been initiated. The field executivw refused to pickup the product twice. I wish to return the product immediately.
