Hello,

I have called multiple times for missing product.
First time customer care executive gave me complaint number COM[protected]
And asked me to wait till 11th Oct

After 11th Oct another excutive said that complain was closed without resolution and gave me new number COM[protected]

After that I called many times and eveytime executive told me that u will surely get revert on 19th...

I placed the order on 06.10.2021 on Ajio. The Order ID is FL[protected] (Prachi Sharma).
This order contains 6 items.
Out of the six items, two items were cancelled by Ajio.
Out of remaining four products, only two products were delivered to me.
I have raised the complaint but did not get any resolution.
If they have delivered the product I need the proof of delivery.
When I talk to DELLHIVERY courier...

Today my order is delivered at my home and I paid him Rs.1305 by mistake, instead of Rs.905. The initial price of my order is Rs.905, as shown in below images. I have attached the image of receipt of the order packet I received just now and the screenshot of message of that order amount. I am trying to call that number from which i received the call to receive my order, but it's unreachable, saying invalid pincode.

I have returned my money on 7 th October 2021 an my refund money has been initiated on the same day and till today that is 19 th October 2021 i haven't received any money . And i have mailed and complaint about the issue like 4 times in a row and each time i get only response like we will look into it, i dont know what's their left to look into it. I placed my order on 3rd oct 2021 estimated date of delivery 15 th oct 2021 but till 19th oct 2021 not delivered also not showing any information when product delivered. Aslo when i try to call ajio help line no -[protected] they every time respond no link available please try after some time. Also i send them mail about this but no reply received yet.

Order id: FL[protected] i purchased louis philippe casual shoes from ajio, but the shoe doesnt fit for me. for which i request return, the courier boy picked the product on 4th october but return status not been updated neither the refund inititated.from
last 10 days i have been calling there is no response from ajio.after multiple calls to support team they raised a complaint still now there is no response...

For two weeks, i cant access cod method for my orders.i have been contacting the customer care, and they told me that cod is not available for certain products and pincodes.but the problem the same product and pincode is valid for cod when entered from another account....

An error shows up while trying to cancel an order. I used relience points to order and AJIO is not allowing me to cancel the order as I need to re-order it to different address. Help me I spent thousands of money....

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: These all orders which is mentioned not got refund since 3
months everyday they excuse for refund i have all voice recording in which they said that your
products reached warehouse and your refund has been initiated you will get soon but its been 3
months and did not get my refund ajio is fraud...

I have raised a return request on ajio but no one responding no one come to pickup my item daily I'm calling customer service just they are raising complaints not doing resolution and now they cancelled my return request also...

From last few days my return is neither being picked up nor anyone is calling for same. After multiple calls to support team they are raising complaints and giving complaint IDs as well they are not providing any resolution nor they are refunding back my money. They have cancelled the return order as well now....

Totally fake app ajio . cant imagne . they will do this kind of fraud with CUSTOMER

I ordered some product in my address but due to some urgent work I need to rush to another city and was not in condition to deliver my order on that address as well as I wanted to cancel that all order but cancel options were not there and delivery agent is literally yelling in phone. Ordered a shoe from ajio Order# FL[protected] on 30 september, which i later cancelled but it was still delivered on 5 october at my address as it was a prepaid order the delivery boy left it at the address . i tried to place return through the app but it shows error and doesnt initiate the return. i contacted the customer care but they didnt solve the problem, instead they sent tutorial on how to return order . i raised this complain multiple...

This is regarding Order ID 46447749. I received the package on 30th September 2021.
I had to exchange a Navy Blue Park Avenue Trousers for a bigger size .
Instead in a package with my name on it, inside was a Red Kurta XXL with a bill that belonged to another person, Rashmi from Ranchi Jharkhand.

I have been trying to follow up since then.
Multiple emails have been done . I am not able to create returns....

They haven't enabled my IMPS settings since one month, always making technical excuses, I have mailed them multiple times and called them but to no avail. They have almost hijacked my hard earned money. Their nefarious tactics of you having to manually email them to enable IMPS and then then after activation then add bank account then get money back is unheard of and any other major e-commerce platform just transfer your amount after return...
