Bad 😕 It seems that AJIO has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I have not received my refund of order n.o #FL[protected] the product was pickup on 24 September i have complaint for that but not resolved till now the please resolve this issue first...
This is regarding issue which i am facing from last 10 days in return/exchange/cancel a product having order Id-FL[protected]. I have ordered a sandals and shoes, paid ₹659+₹385 sum of amount and later returned the products back to ajio, they haven’t refunded my money till now please refund my money as soon as possible...
I want to return the product as the size is not correct and when returning it showed that it should be self shipped and i shipped it to the seller spending my own money and till now refund has not been done and it costed me 150 for sending the parcel to you . I placed my order on 01/10/21 and prepaid for it. Out of 6 items in my order I got 3 and remaining 3 still date haven't reached me. I have tried contacting the customer Care and mailed them even raised query in the app but everything into vain.cause the customer care peoples just ended my call.I am not Even able to cancel my order . The estimated delivery date was 15/10/21 and not reached me and its already 27/10/21....

I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from Ajio site in date 11th Oct 2021, the item shipped 13th oct 2021, it showed the I'll be getting the item by 20th Oct 2021 yet I didn't received (today date 26th Oct 2021 ) .
And when I chat with customer care they says the item has been shipped back to origin- RTO.
The worst part is the refund process will initiate with in 7-9days and when It initiate
Within next 7 days only...
The very first has been my worst experience with Ajio. I did good amount of shopping with them and I needed to return two items
It's been more than 20 days and everyday a message comes that pickup will be attempted but in vain
There has been no pickup even attempted for once . I wasn't even contacted
Raised complaint through customer care and their email but still it's all in vain...

I have ordered few products from ajio, the quality of the product is very cheap, now that I want to return it they refused to return it by saying EAN number is mismatched, it's been 20days still they are not taking any action, and the customer care service is horrible, they never pick up calls, please do something. I returned a very expensive dress to ajio on 11 August. But I have not received a refund even after calling them and emailing them about 50 times. I've returned the product with safe labels and good quality, but Ajio is not refunding the amount. I returned the product on 18th August, 2021 and since then I only get a new date by when issue will be resolved and new complaint ID everytime. Their staff consists of stupids or what, they themselves have no idea, they can't connect with senior person or the person I talked to last. Every time they register a new complaint and I get a new date...
One of the worst customer service i have return the product but money has been returned or refund initiated worst company and fraud compnay they are don't buy the products from there...
