I ordered Steri B Macz on 16th December and supposed to be delivered on 20th December 2022. Till date, the product is not delivered and I asked for cancellation which is also not at all considered and kept on hold.

Its a prepaid order and they are making us frustrated by keeping no useful updates if we raise a complaint online. I was struggling since 20th December and no actions till date.

The order number registered is[protected] and the complaint number is 1540274.

I Request Consumer Complaints team to help us get this sorted at the earliest and get a refund.

Yesterday night after 10.15 my brother went to apollo medical shop.for medicine.as.emergency purpose. But in medical shop.person was reject to give tablets. And he is telling that my time is.over i want close the shop. Now. I dont give the medicine. Finally he was.not.given the medicine. Is this the way. U are telling 24/7 but no use. How rudely he was behaved. Night time.why will ask emergency purpose only na. But like this doing means how. Here no medical shop opened that time. Pls take necesarry action on him. Patient only went there for tablet due to heavy stomach pain. It is very reducles behaviour of that person.

Sir i have ordered some medicine (Dorzox T PF) from Apollo Pharmacy dated 8 Dec 2022 they have accepted payment against the ORDER #[protected] but next canceled my order and till now I don't receive money.

I have 4 times order same product every time they accept order & payment and after 1 day cancel my order without informing and their customer service executive say product...

Apollo pharmacy boasts of on time deliveries and even advertises about it openly but blatantly mock the client while taking orders on the app. So when you add medicines to your cart, you are shown a delivery date but it changes once the payment is done.
Often even after this change the medicines are not delivered on the date promised.
I am a dissatisfied customer, I order hypertension medication for my father in law, regularly via their app and there has not been a single time when I was not deceived by them.
For serious illnesses and for situations when a senior citizen is not able to go buy the medication themselves, these false promises made by apollo could be lethal.
I urge you to please take a look into the matter and take necessary action to resolve this issue.

I hv reported incorrect item was sent to me by apollo pharmacy, item ordered name isopure strawberry cream but the item was sent vanilla isopure, there has been more then 8 email was exchanged with customer care of apollo pharmacy asking to return and in reply they always in 2 to 3 days items will be picked up and this ongoing from last two to three weeks but no resolution has been provided...

Purchased a product via Apollo mobile app. And after downloading the app, I am receiving multiple promotional sms per day.

I dont want to receive any of these as they are very irritating.

I tried to block contacts, unsubscribe to sms(APOLLO UNSUB to [protected]) but nothing works, I am still receiving those promotional messages.

I have uninstalled the app but its not helping either.

Their customer care number is unreachable as well.

Please help me with the same as its getting traumatic day by day.

I want to change mobile number in my apollo pharmacy purchase card. My older Sim card lost so that I want to add my new number. I asked in one of the apollo pharmacy, they are telling that can't be able to change the mobile number. Then how can I utilize the balance in that account?

I online ordered Accu check Active strips on Apollo pharmacy website (order id[protected] delivered on 18-Nov-2022). Product I received was opened and its batch no. was not matching with the batch no. mentioned in the bill. There is a code chip that comes with these strips and it was missing too. I have never ever used Apollo Pharmacy. I just looked for a medicine there only once and they asked to put my contact no. to look for delivery. The item was out of stock that’s why I couldn’t order.
But since then, I have been receiving reckless promotional messages from Apollo at least 3 messages daily .
Do you even have any slight idea how spamming and distracting that is.
I even got Do Not Disturb turned on …on...

I have ordered some tablets through apollo on 7th November. Order number is #[protected]. Where i got 2 units of collaflex pro +. I ordered 5 boxes of collaflex pro +. I got only 3 units.
